Pros:

Hotel staff gave a warm welcome.. room got upgraded without any extra charges which was great as it was more spacious with city view.. hotel is in centre of city so it was quite good to roam around.. breakfast was awesome and service was quick so overall a great stay.

It was very dirty and we were given a room near the staff and the staff spoke very loudly and it was very noisy the sheets on the bed were full of holes just horrible the toilet was broken there were 2 people the towel was only for 1 person😠 we were very dissatisfied and we paid a lot of money it was not worth it We had a problem because we had to leave quickly and only stayed in the room for about 30 minutes. We apologized sincerely and asked for a 50% refund, as Booking stated that we could cancel and receive 50% back. However, the staff spoke to us terribly, were very rude, and completely ruined our trip. They also refused to give us any money back, saying that we could leave if we wanted to, but no one would refund us. We were shocked and had to stay because we had already paid a significant amount. 👎👎👎👎
