Känns som hemma 🙂.
Pros:

Enkelt men har det mesta man kan behöva. Känns som hemma, efter att vi bott tre gånger här. Ligger bra till, i utkanten av Bordighera med nära till stranden och bageriet.

Pros:

In una zona con parcheggio esterno comodo (per il periodo di Capodanno), il residence é un palazzo in zona tranquilla, piuttosto ben servita, al limite con Vallecrosia. Ci é piaciuto molto il solarium sul tetto, da lí una splendida vista mare e una intrigante vista notturna sulle colline. L'alloggio, bilocale al secondo piano, riscaldato il giusto. Abbiamo trovato pulizia, piatti e pentole in abbondanza. Leggendo le recenzioni, mi ero portata strofinacci da casa e qualche extra per cucinare e lavare (olio, sale, forbici, detersivo, spugna dei piatti, bagnoschiuma e shampoo). Per il resto, c'era tutto. Il bagno bello caldo. Il nostro appartamento era anche ben soleggiato. C'é l'ascensore. La proprietaria accogliente e simpatica!

Okej för kort vistelse.
Pros:

Mycket vänlig och välvillig personal, bra badrum, bra sängkläder och handdukar, bra utrustning i köket.

Cons:

Kallt i rummen, elementen sattes bara på två timmar på kvällen och morgonen. Dåliga persienner. Trasiga möbler på takterrassen. Extremt obekväm bäddsoffa.

• Very thoughtfully equipped apartment with everything needed for a family stay
• Spacious balcony
• Residence located in a quiet part of town – you may need to walk a little to a big grocery store (small one is the next street though). But it's very close to very nice free beach.

Cons:

• Wi-fi was weak and unstable, unfortunately, I hope it will be fixed soon.

Il residence molto carino, pulito ed accogliente; Laura gentilissima e disponibile in tutto. A due passi dalla spiaggia dei cani, molto bella ed attrezzata, vicino ci sono negozietti e supermercati.
Ti muovi tranquillamente senza macchina. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Very nice apartment with beatiful balcony and sea view.
Pros:

The residence is located in quiet street. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen very well equipped for a small cooking - even a small oven is provided. The biggest advantage is the spacious balcony with a sea view. There is also a private parking inside. The reception lady was very kind and supportive when we asked her anything. The beach is in the vicinity - just 5 minutes down the street by walk. The city centre is also reacheable by foot. In the city there is a train station with direct IC trains to Genova.

Cons:

The communication before the stay was not the best. I tried to order the parking and bed linens before the stay and could not reach the residence at any of the given numbers. Then at last I got answer from one of the numbers. The lady at the reception is very nice and tries to help but her English is not the best, so unless you speak Italian be patient.
