Séjour qui s'est très bien déroulé, hôtel propre, chambre confortable. Je recommande

Parfait

Une réservation pour deux doit comporter le linge pour deux. Il a fallu demander. Les concierges sont super sympa.
Pas de Clim, radiateur mal fixé, chaîne télé non réglée.
En soit rien de dramatique pour une nuit

Good for the price

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule ,le personnel essaie tant bien que mal de réapprovisionner assez rapidement mais l'espace est tellement petit que dès que 2_3clients sont passés le buffet est quasi vide.

Dans l ensemble bon sejour avec un personnel a l accueil , toujours très sympathique et professionnel .

Excellent petit hôtel très agréable, équipe sympathique et attentionnée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très complet. Il y a un fast food sur le même parking pour nourrir les adolescents...très pratique ! :)

Première chambre sans eau chaude, troisième lit pas fait, chauffage qui chauffait très peu même à fond, une serviette pour 3 personnes.

Deuxième chambre, chauffage à moitié décroché du mur, lumière qui scintille, étagère dans la salle de bain qui pend et sur le point de tomber (juste au dessus des toilettes...), carte d'accès à la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas dès le deuxième jour, infiltrations d'humidité sur le bas du mur.

Petit déjeuner très très limité en choix et en quantité, aucune salle dédiée, assez froid car situé dans le hall d'entré.

Personnel agréable et qui tente de trouver des solutions aux problèmes.

Très bien, accueil assuré malgré l’heure tardive de mon arrivée. Un petit bémol , la commande du radiateur est détériorée, le thermostat était bloqué à 29.
Agréablement surprise par l’insonorisation du bâtiment.

Stayed at the ibis with my wife, we were visiting Lille during the Olympics.
I booked the hotel over a year in advance but already the choice was limited due to so many visitors for the Olympics events. So this hotel was not necessarily a first choice.

First impressions- the foyer is quite a nice area, vending machines (cash only) and some chairs to watch TV.

Location is quite far from the city and shops, it takes 2 buses to get into Lille or a taxi from Lille Europe was €20. (Would recommend using Bolt as they are much cheaper, as we discovered). There is no shops around the hotel - an Esso garage and Burger King, neither of which are open very late. Unless you have a car, I wouldn’t recommend the location.

The room is extremely basic. It is adequate for sleeping in. The shower is ok but I had to have a cold shower the first morning. The towels are like sandpaper and small size. Extremely basic facilities.
WiFi worked in the room.

On the day we were leaving, I asked if we could leave our suitcase for a few hours but the reception said there “wasn’t room” so they couldn’t keep our case. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before where you couldn’t leave your luggage… very odd and also very annoying for us on that occasion.
Again, best to have a car if you stay here.

Considering the price that is charged, there is no way the hotel should be called Ibis ‘budget’ as the name implies the price is for those travelling on a tight budget. The tired look and basic facilities are very “budget” but for £100 pp per night, this is not the place to stay if you are genuinely on a budget. It is not worth the price AT ALL bearing in mind the basic facilities and location. I would recommend only if desperate, the hotel is adequate and does the job but for the price, there are better hotel options in a better location.
