hotelF1 Lille Métropole (Métro Mons Sarts)

For the price I honestly cannot fault it, obviously not gonna be a five star experience but then again they're not claiming to be. It's shared bathroom and showers with the whole floor but there are plenty of cubicles and they're all clean and individual. Staff were very friendly and patient with my terrible French. You have to bring your own towel however or pay €1.50 at reception. It's on the outskirts of town, maybe a 45 minute walk away from the centre but there's a metro station about 5 minutes away which runs till late and a lime bike dock not far from that. Don't bother with breakfast as by the time you're awake it'll probably all be gone but that's no worry as there's an Aldi 30 seconds from it.

Second time of staying here. We choose this hotel because it's one of the most reasonably priced for the Braderie weekend. As such, its a relatively good price compared to elsewhere. The hotel is basic, but absolutely fine. There is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which is the easiest way to get into town. There is a spacious car park. Hotel is quiet. Rooms are very basic (it would be nice if they put some hooks to hang things in rooms!). All the staff were very nice. They provided towels. Rooms are probably quite hot in the height of summer as there is no aircon.
Overall, we did two nights (that's as much as I would have wanted to do) and had a great time at the Braderie and the hotel was just perfect for the price.

Proche Métro et supermarché.

Très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, murs de la chambre sales ainsi que le miroir. Partie communes (wc douches) sales, pas de papier toilette et chambres très mal insonorisées, même si le prix n’est pas élevé il y quand même un minimum !

Ein einfaches Hotel, Preis und Leistung haben entsprochen

Alarme incendie déclenchée à 3h30 puis bagarre entre client puis intervention de la police impossible de dormir et pour finir au retour double paiement hotel.com et hôtel F1. Puis parcour du combattant pour être remboursé par vous et F1. Vous êtes aussi lamentable l'un que l'autre.

Pratique et bon budget

Op de website stond dat ze ter plaatse engels praten, helaas was dit niet het geval. Echter deed de meneer wel zijn best en was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer die we kregen was ok, enkel stonk die heel erg.

The property was clean and nicely kept. Except for the mold in the showers and bathrooms. It's on the vents, shower heads, joints in the shower walls, ceiling. It needs a good deep cleaning. This isn't good to breathe!

Bed was good. Pillows were ok. Good price.

On ne pouvait pas s attendre à des miracles pour le tarif . Juste l odeur dans la chambre était forte . Impossible de mettre certaines chaînes de tv uniquement la 1 2 et 6. Sur internet la formule avec petit déjeuner compte seulement un petit dej par chambre obliger d en reprendre sur place. Douche et wc selaré était correcte plutôt propre

Endroit calme et accessible

Très bien accueilli, on aurait aimer ne pas entendre certains bruit/cris au dessus de nous, dans l'ensemble calme et propre. Petit déjeuné très léger vraiment le minimum.
