It was the first and certainly the last time I will ever book another F1 hotel. The rooms are tiny, you have to share 5 toillets and 6 shower cabins with the entire floor (32 rooms). You have to buy the towels, a small bottle of water cost 1,60 € and a small cup of coffee 1,50. On this 5000km journey I have booked 18 hotels. F1 was the worst followed by Premier Class....
Je n avais pas vu que les douches et toilettes étaient sur le palier. Donc prise au dépourvu à mon arrivée.

Bon séjour. Le personnel de l hôtel était très a l écoute. Bon accueil. Pratique le bus n est pas loin pour aller en centre ville

Due to the terms 'renovated 'and the photos (private shower in a room), I thoyght there was a bathroom in the room. It wasn't. I asked the receptionist to have another room because I couldnt share a public shower because I'm considered to be fragile (Covid context) . She said itwas a booking from Expedia so she had no solution and if I wanted to be refunded, I should send a mail to the direction. I was very upset...I told her it was not from Expedia but Hotels.com. She replied I was wrong.I had to pay for another stay in a Kyriad hotel.So that I paid more than 110 euros for a night. In the past, I was receptionist in hotels in Paris. I used to find a solution when a customer was unsatisfied. Two days later, I booked a room in a Best Western hotel. It was at the same rate but the amenities were far better. I took photos to prove it. I'm veruy upset because it wasn't clear that there were rooms without bathrooms. She said it depends on the name of the roons .... I'll never book a room in that hotels! More than 55euros for a small room with a sink ? It's a shame!
Pas de toilette et de douche dans la chambre,porte qui claque à chaque instant,odeur de cigarette dans le couloir,bruyant ,nuit horrible
