Limpieza.
No está del todo mal ubicado al estar cerca a la estación de port de la chapelle.

Cons:

Funcionarios de la recepción poco amables.
Televisor sin sonido.
El funcionario de la recepción que nos recibió el día 23 / 03 a aproximadamente las entre las 11:30 a.m. y 12 p.m. al preguntarle sobre que era el monto de 29 euros dijo que era la cuota turística de manera burlona. Adicionalmente el mismo funcionario al preguntarle sobre por que el televisor no tenía sonido dijo que era un problema general y nunca se hizo nada para solventar el problema quedando sin sonido durante toda la estadía.

Cons:

parking payant à 20 euros et facturé en sortant 40 euros parce qu'on n'a pas fait validé notre ticket à l'accueil.
Dans le mail de l'hôtel il n'est nul part annoncé cela et après contact de l'hôtel, soit disant c'est indiqué dans l'ascenseur ce que ni moi ni ma fille n'ont vu.
l'accueil était au courant qu'on avait pris le parking mais jamais un mot pour valider le ticket.
Très mauvaise fois.

The bed is quite comfortable and clean.

The price for storing luggage is too high. I can't believe that it costs 26 euros to store my two pieces of luggage for just half a day.

Mala atención en recepción en general, hotel limpio
Pros:

Estaba bien equipada la habitación.

Cons:

La ubicación, estás a 1 hora de los lugares importantes, aunque eso ya sabíamos. Pero el recepcionista que estaba la noche del 19/3/2026 nos atendió bien al hacer el check in pero luego cuando bajamos a preguntar si se podía comer nos contestó de bastante mala manera que no. Y por otro lado, la noche del 21/3 al 22/3 tuvimos ruidos constantes tanto de que tocaban la manija de nuestra puerta como de otras habitaciones.

No devuelve dineros y cancela sin aviso previo.
Pros:

Nunca tuve respuesta por la cancelación por cambio de fecha y no hubo devolución de dinero ni siquiera en parte por el hotel o por booking, llame desde Chile y no hablaban en español, logré que hablaran en inglés pero tampoco hubo un acuerdo, fui personalmente y nada, horrible la atención.

Cons:

No hablan en español y no hacen el esfuerzo por solucionar el problema.
