Franchement, on se demande si c'est vraiment un hotel IBIS budget ! vieux, pas entretenu, odeur désagréable...
Bonne literie, mais bruyant toute la nuit.
Pour une nuit en urgence on va pas se plaindre.
Il faut mieux trouver une autre solution. Beaucoup de bruit le matin car nous étions à coté du local des femmes de ménage

The budget hotel is right in the Costco parking lot, so it is easy to go shopping if desired. The hotel has minimal service and the neighborhood is not to great, but it was acceptable for a night.

A excellent place to stay with low price. Staff are friendly and room are clean. Next door to a famous Portugal restaurant. Highly recommend.

La seule chose qui gâche le tout, c'est l'état des couettes et oreillers (très tachés) et le linge de lit qui est jauni...
Séjour en famille pour aller à Disney, personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner très bien, très bon rapport qualité /prix.
Hôtel propre mais peu confortable. Literie dure et insonorisation à améliorer (bruit de la route qui passe juste devant, impossible de dormir !...)
Accueil du soir très bon, mais accueil du matin a revoir....

Environnement sonore intérieur bon. Environnement sonore extérieur très bruyant même en pleine nuit a proximité d'un établissement recevant des livraisons nocturnes, services de propreté très matinal (5h) et très bruyant, personnels a proximité en pause régulières et très bruyants parlant très fort, résonnant jusqu'à l'hôtel, fenêtre qui ferme mal, et isole mal du bruit. Service de télévision défaillant, 50% du service TNT donc en clair, n'est pas reçu
Hôtel facile d'accès et bien placé.
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous allions au Stade de France et l'emplacement est parfait et situé à 45 mns environ du stade.
