This is currently one of the cheapest hotels in Nice and is very modern. AC works perfectly, breakfast is on budget, i just didn't like always cold pancakes.
Maintenance is poor, the drain is clogged, the water won't drain from the sink and shower too. The nearest beach is 20min walk or short ride by tram or bus.
I stayed at the Ibis budget before in England and Germany but this French one was far best.

Great location - walking distance to the airport T1 and thus tram to T2. The staff at the bar, shared with the Novotel, were charming, efficient and courteous.
It’s definitely budget - the room was very basis but super clean with good towels and sheets.

Why put an electric socket where a light switch is expected? I kept shoving my fingers in..

La recepcion arriba no es comoda . El almasenaje de maletas deberia estar abajo.
La chambre était fraîche à notre arrivée propre et sentait bon.
Le personnel est très courtois et arrangeant.
Ils nous on garder notre sac en attendant la chambre et m'ont permis de mettre un pain de glace au congele.
L'emplacement est parfait pour l'aéroport (surtout terminal 1)
