room size was good, balcony size standing room only, but fresh air. room was clean and bed comfortable
the corridors were absolutely filthy. dark grey pain and dark tiles showed the accumulation of likely years of dust and filth on the tile edge. Likewide the carpet, obviously vacuumed to and acceptable standard in most places, but the deges where the dark carpet meets the dark tiles, an accumulation of dust, lint and anything else. The edges of the carpet have likely never been done with a crevice tool. The overhead lighting simply magnified these white areas that should be dark. hallways also in poor repair with plaster damge and worn paint evident.
Clean, comfortable, convenient location.
Location was ideal. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean / neat upon arrival.
The only very minor issue was the small step or lip into the bathroom which was a danger for stubbing of toes
Modern and well-presented property with a clean, stylish design. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the city, and the overall atmosphere felt premium and relaxing. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Improve housekeeping services they don't want to put mates in the washroom and in front of the bathroom which made the whole washroom wet slippery and cold as I was there after my surgery they also need freshness in the washroom please

Beds very comfortable. Had a well equipped kitchenette.
They came to replace a dishwasher in our room an hour before checkout. They could have waited to do this after we had left.
