Pros:

A localização é o principal atrativo do hotel. Próximo ao Teatro Municipal e a estação de metrô da República. Região com muito comércio próximo. Tem uma base da Policia Militar próxima, o que garante a segurança em todos os horários. O chuveiro é bastante quente, mas é preciso abri-lo com antecedência, pois demora um pouco a esquentar. A rua é movimentada e barulhenta durante o dia, mas com as janelas fechadas o barulho não chega a incomodar.

Cons:

No anúncio informava que o hotel servia café da manhã, apenas quando cheguei até lá que fiquei sabendo que não serviam. Importante atualizar o anúncio, pois fiz a reserva exclusivamente devido ao café da manhã. O quarto é bastante simples, só com o básico. O controle da TV precisa ser trocado, pois demora a passar os canais.

Péssimo ambiente

Cons:

A localização no mapa parece ser boa, porém ao chegar para fazer meu check-in me deparei com bares lotados em frente ao hotel, com música alta, muita gente bêbada e moradores em situação de rua consumindo drogas. Ambiente péssimo. Tive que procurar outro lugar para me hospedar.
