Great location opposite Tower of London. Tower Gateway tube station next door. Love the 'living room' vibe in lobby
Bed very comfortable. Good shower/bathroom facilities.
Had great view from room when last there.

Cons:

iPad control!!!!!!!! Can't do anything in room without using iPad. Terrible idea. Also, TV reception is awful. I thought it might have been a one-off when I stayed heer before, but I've been back a few times since, and the reception is terrible. I would suggest spend as little time in the room as possible. But not worth paying the standard rate.

Hôtel idéal pour tout city trip à Londres.
Pros:

Cet hôtel correspond totalement à ce que nous recherchons: literie confortable, décoration soignée (et parfois décalée, on adore!), personnel attentionné! La localisation est idéale aussi, demandez une chambre avec vue sur la Tower of London, c’est magique! La station de métro Tower Hill est juste en dessous, ce qui est également hyper pratique.

Cons:

Une petite mise en garde sur la salle de bain dans les chambres qui n’offre pas beaucoup d’intimité, mieux vaut être proche de son compagnon de chambre 😁
