Terrible rooms I would never stay there again

Sauberkeit und Hygiene lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir dennoch das Personal, das wie immer sehr freundlich und bemüht war. Wir hoffen, dass die angesprochenen Mängel schnell behoben werden, denn bisher haben wir uns dort eigentlich immer wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits 3 oder 4 Mal in diesem Hotel und waren bisher immer zufrieden. Leider war unser letzter Aufenthalt diesmal deutlich enttäuschender.

Die Sauberkeit war eine echte Katastrophe: Die Matratze war erheblich verschmutzt, die Abflüsse haben unangenehm gestunken und die Seife war offenbar mit Wasser verdünnt, sodass beim Benutzen jedes Mal der gesamte Spiegel vollgespritzt wurde. Es war sowas von extrem staubig. Außerdem waren beide Rollos eingeklemmt und defekt, sodass man sie zunächst selbst reparieren musste, um sie überhaupt herunterlassen zu können. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und der Fön geht auch schon auseinander.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff
Pros:

Loved this hotel. The rooms were a little smaller than they appeared in the photos, but they were fine. Bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant and bar and the 7th floor lounge. Well designed. We'll be back.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't like it, but the opaque showers ae not for everyone. Unless you are traveling as a couple it could be awkward. But this seems to be a trend now.

Always my best sleeps & happy check out
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The staff were absolutely lovely — always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which really made a difference throughout my visit.

The food was also a highlight. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — great quality and a really nice way to start the day. One evening, I stayed in and had a pizza along with a cocktail (I think it was called something like “Duffy” or “Derby”) — whatever the name, it was delicious and beautifully made.

As always with CitizenM, the bed was a standout. It’s honestly one of my favorites — incredibly comfortable — and I love that they provide two different pillows so you can choose what suits you best.

Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. CitizenM never disappoints, and I always look forward to coming back.
