Great location, close to everything we needed. Close to the Tower Hill Tube and several nice restaurants. Awesome view of the Tower of London from our room. Staff friendly. Liked the downstairs sitting area.
Small rooms but was in my budget.

Cons:

The toilet and shower had a bit of a port-loo plastic smell and vibe. Can't get any fresh air in the room. So it all got a bit smelly.
Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the cost of the room and tea and coffee should have been complimentary

Unique, funky with great location
Pros:

Most of the staff was fantastic and friendly.
Great location, with a stylish and modern vibe throughout the hotel. I especially loved the funky design of the lobby, restaurant, and rooftop bar, which gave the place a really vibrant and contemporary atmosphere.

Cons:

The room facilities and bathroom could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The bathroom curtain had visible stains and marks left after previous guests, and some of the shelves were broken. It would also be nice if the hotel offered special deals or discounts for in-house guests at the bar or restaurant.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι η καλύτερη που μπορεί να βρεί κάποιος στο Λονδίνο. Δίπλα ακριβώς από σταθμό μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων. Από το παράθυρο του δωματίου βλέπεις μπροστά σου τον Πύργο του Λονδίνου, λίγα μέτρα μακρυά.
Το πρωϊνό είναι υπέροχο. Πλούσιο με ό,τι μπορεί κάποιος να θελήσει. Καθαριότητα του δωματίου καταπληκτική. Το προσωπικό πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό. Τόσο το προσωπικό της υποδοχής όσο και αυτό του εστιατορίου.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια είναι σχετικά μικρά, ενώ το κρεββάτι είναι πραγματικά τεράστιο. Πολύ άνετο, αλλά λόγω του μεγέθους του είναι σε επαφή με τους τρείς τοίχους και μόνο από την μία πλευρά του είναι προσβάσιμο. Αυτό δημιουργεί κάπως πρόβλημα κυρίως γι' αυτόν που κοιμάται από την μέσα μεριά του κρεββατιού...
