Idealna lokalizacja - stacja metra niemalże przy wyjściu z hotelu, bardzo blisko Tower Bridge i Tower of London! Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna! Check in przy pomocy tabletów od godziny 14:00, ale jeśli przyjdzie się wcześniej bez problemu mozna zostawić bagaże i iść na miasto. W razie problemów z zameldowaniem obsluga pomaga.

Pokój ładny, z automatycznie sterowanymi dwoma rodzajami rolet w oknach, które pozwalają na zupełne zaciemnienie pokoju lub na stworzenie prywatność bez odbierania sobie swiatla dziennego. Dodatkowo bardzo wygodne i szerokie lozko! W pokoju cicho. Jest mała lodowka.

Wiele opcji sterowania swiatlem. Cały Pokój kontroluje sie przy uzyciu tabletu.

Rozwiązanie toalety i prysznica, gdzie zamiast standardowych scian jest mleczna szybka nie każdemu moze przypaść do gustu. Jest przez to trochę mało prywatności - jest dodatkowa zaslonka ale nie ma wygluszenia wiec dzwieki przechodzą, a i jeszcze umywalka jest czescia pokoju a nie lazienki. Jesli dzieli sie pokoj na poczatku znajomości lub nie czuje sie z ta osoba w 100% swobodnie to takie rozwiązanie moze byc niekomfortowe - dla mnie bylo ok!

Super kosmetyki w pokoju- jeśli sie spodobaja można kupic je w lobby pokoju

Śniadanie płatne 20,5 funtow za osobe - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie na slodko i na wytrawnie, dodatkowo są opcje dla vegan i dla osob ktore nie mogą jeść glutenu, duzym plusem jest kawa robiona przez bariste! Z jedzenia na cieplo glownie byly skladniki typowego angielskiego śniadania. Cena śniadania jest taka sama niezależnie czy zdecydujesz sie na tę opcje przy rezerwacji, przy check in czy w trakcie śniadania. Mozesz rano zorientować sie czy to co jest na sniadanie Ci odpowiada i zaplacic za nie, albo wziac cos z bufetu i za to zaplacic po cenie nominalnej.

Location was exactly what we were looking for.

Cons:

The door handle fell of our door the night we arrived and although we pointed this out to staff the issue was still not dealt with when we checked out 3 days later.
A fire alarm sounded at 8am one of the mornings as well, not the nicest way to wake up.

Was unable to make the most of the experience/hotel

Cons:

I specifically paid for a Tower of London view at this hotel. I arrived only for them to not have any left. They could see the premium rate was chosen but were disputing the price paid. The only reason I chose this hotel and this rate was for the premium view instead I got a courtyard view, next to the lift with a disabled access bathroom.
