We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.

If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.

If in Tulum again, we would definitely return.

Lovely property. I was a female traveling alone and felt very safe here. The infinity pool is gorgeous, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was giant. The windows looked out onto private jungle and had excellent room-darkening shades for sleeping in. This is near the Holistika campus but much less expensive. It was a gem.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was friendly and with it being a boutique hotel, you become familiar with their friendly faces.
The room was everything shown online and comfortable. Well kept landscaping which enhances the ambiance and experience for the guest. Clean and maintained daily by the great staff.

Love the hotel and the staff. Great to walk next door to their sister hotel, holistika, to use their services. My only issue was that it’s not walkable to many restaurants, but it’s easy tobike or scooter; we just didn’t have that option because we were traveling with a five-year-old. I wish Tiki Tiki had its own restaurant.
I would definitely recommend this property if you want peace and quiet, great people and a beautiful and peaceful pool. It’s a hidden gem and every guest we met there was lovely.

Quiet place to settle in your trip in Tulum! We were A group of girls so we felt safe and it was very cute for photos. Beds were comfy and all very clean. Walking distance to coffe shops and more

This was the cutest little hotel. The staff are all really attentive and friendly. Such a cool bar and lounge area. The pool it's super cute and lush. The complimentary breakfast each day was delicious and fresh. They have other food you can also order. The rooms were spacious and had hammocks inside or outside which we loved. I sprung for the upgrade with the ginormous bathtub which I really enjoyed. The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. It is literally 2 minutes walking distance from holistika which has tons of yoga classes, ceremonies and a lovely restaurant, gift shop etc. We also appreciated having one free yoga class at holistika. I loved going next door and being able to come back to our more intimate hotel, we became friends with other guests and in my opinion the pool at tiki tiki is so special. I would definitely stay here again. We rented a car and had no trouble parking each day, felt safe on our street and did not worry about our car. Obviously we didn't leave things out in sight used standard precautions. There was security at night. It was easy to drive into the town and get street food or go to restaurants nearby, tons of shopping nearby also, close to the grocery stores, pharmacy everything you need is right there. Also if you don't have a car there is an app called tomato they said would deliver. The street is under construction at the moment so we would hear a little bit of noise here and there, but it wasn't for very long. So no big deal.

Staff and service was great, being on the edge of town it was nice and quiet getaway. We were more than pleased with our stay here. Special shoutout to Sophie, Stephanie and Ricardo for their great service!

Great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice location. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance from several restaurants. Couple minute walk to Holistica resort with art walk.

The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. The staff really make this place special. Thank you Julie, Samantha, and Santiago! It was an incredible experience. This hotel is a gem just perfect I loved it!

This was a great place to stay away from the craziness of the nightlife. Beautiful tiles, nice rooms with balconies, great shower, and nice staff

Such a delightful boutique hotel with INCREDIBLE staff! We booked two different hotels for our vacation to Tulum and I wish we stayed at Tiki Tiki the entire time. The rooms are beautifully designed, the pool is perfect, and you are surrounded by the jungle. We'd regularly see parrots, toucans, and tropical birds! I appreciate that it felt like a retreat as soon as you entered the property. There were lots of delicious restaurants and cafes to walk to as well.

Nice boutique hotel on edge of town. Staff were wonderful. They have a nice little bar and a small pool. Rooms were spacious and WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for our honeymoon recently and had a wonderful week! All the employees were lovely and took good care of us. We loved our room and had tucans outside our window daily. Would definitely come back here. Very quiet and trendy spot. Beautiful pool!

Great location, very central and you can walk to any location downtown. Beautiful rooms, spotless and the hotel is beautiful.

Great location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, located in La Valeta inside the jungle. Holistika is right next door if you’d like to use their stuff and even have a free yoga class courtesy of staying at Tiki Tiki. Pool was good, plenty of hammocks to lie around. You can rent a mopet at the hotel which I recommend if you are planning to go to beach area frequently. Breakfast was good but would like some protein (egg, sausage etc).

This lovely gem of a boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful and if I ever stay in Tulum again, this is the place I will return to. The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for requests. The common areas were beautiful, serene, and relaxing. The drinks were wonderful and the rooms were perfect. It was also just next door to Holistika, and the hotel had an agreement for discounted yoga and other wellness classes at Holistika. I absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in town. It's perfect.

Gorgeous, quiet boutique with easy access to both pueblo and beach areas. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rented scooter direct from hotel was super convenient and fun!
