It’s a great hotel just needs to have better WiFi.
Pros:

We have stayed at 5-6 other hotels in Valladolid over the years and this one was exceptional. The staff was very nice and Abigail the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the center of town and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was nice surprise, I had requested a main floor room because my husband has problems walking and they didn’t disappoint, it was close to our parking spot and he was able to walk across the street to the pool and breakfast area. The room was extremely comfortable and beautiful.

Cons:

The WIFI was horrible. It would toggle between two different routers and usually didn’t work in the late afternoon. It was a shame because we love to watch American TV and it was difficult.

Big and very clean room in good location.
Pros:

Good price, immaculately clean, spacious room, firm beds, hot water, microwave, "half "refrigerator, table with chairs, near Cathedral square and restaurants. Front desk very helpful with local tours and reasonable taxi rates.

Cons:

No lid for toilet tissue basket. Weak breakfast. Cold coffee, little pieces of toast, fruit, small yogurt portion. I went out for breakfast. Options are nearby. Photo for room on booking.com incorrectly dispays a full kitchen with a tall refrigerator. It was only a kitchenette, but it was adequate.

Hotel dans le centre de Valladolid, très confortable avec une très belle piscine.
A deux pas du terminal de bus et de la place principale et des commerces.
Le petit déjeuner très bien, personnel très agréable en particulier Mary.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

De plek was top, centraal gelegen en toch rustig. Parkeerplek erbij was ook fijn

Cons:

Zwembad was vervuild en dus gesloten, wij hadden juist geboekt om smiddags af te koelen en chillen bij het zwembad. Zijn daarom eerder vertrokken, op berichten is niet gereageerd en de jongen die ons uitcheckte snapte ons verhaal niet toen we vroegen of we een deel van onze laatste nacht terug konden krijgen aangezien er dus een dag eerder weggingen door het zwembad. En het ontbijt is echt niks, yoghurt fruit en koffie, alsnog ergens anders moeten ontbijten.
