Pros:

La atencion al cliente muy mala en recepcion y restaurante, todo tardado, desayune y nunca me trajeron mi bebida, me pase la comida a golpe de pecho, y en recepcion solo una persona atendiendo, hace el check in lento y recomiendo poner el a/c frente a la cama ya que tarda mucho en enfriar

Moderno y agradable hotel
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del zócalo . La limpieza de las habitaciones modernas y amplias. Excelente diseño de interiores y en exteriores el ambiente de animales como Tortugas. Delfines. Desayuno Américano bueno y bien servido. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal en general recepción y en el restaurant siempre dispuestos al servicio personalizado .buena comida.

Cons:

El parqueo es pequeño para el número de habitaciones y al estar en una calle principal no se puede parquear afuera. Es entendible por ser una cuidad colonial pero no apto para camionetas grandes.

Das Hotel war wirklich schön.. Der Rezeptionist super nett und zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer ging zum Pool raus, was sehr schön war.

Cons:

Personal spricht so gut wie gar kein Englisch. Sie wollten uns beim Frühstück unser Extra ein zweites Mal bezahlen lassen. Konnten wir letztendlich Dank Unterstützung einer anderen Urlauberin und unserer Rechnung abwenden.
