Einzig die Lage ist gut, ansonste sehr dreckig, Sogar eine Kakerlake lief über den Fussboden.

Very bad & dirty hotel
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms for my room and my aunty room it was so bad. aircond not cool and auto off every 1 hour. We have to ON it back while we are sleeping.

Cons:

We checked in late around 9pm.we stayed for 4 days 3 nights It was very disappointed,even when we came in late,after taking a shower, we found no towel, no floor mat, the bathroom all wet because the bathtub without a shower curtain, water splashing every where.the floor gets wet & slippery the toilet rolled all wet.The light was so deem and the kattle cannot be used.we try to call the front desk but the phone spoil.we went to the front desk and informed them to fix it and give us towel. The hotel didn't provide a small spoon for the coffee set.omg.the breakfast was lousy and they used a dirty cup and toaster. The food given was so bad. We can't eat at all.very salty and the food cooked like at their home.all the chair & equipment was dirty. Only have 1 lift.if ask for an extra pillow you need to pay.but giving us bad facilities we can't claim or exchange room. When we asked the front desk staff, she said fully booked.this hotel needs to improve more or close to do full renovation if still want to be under booking.Com hotel's provider.no wonder we can't see and review for this hotel. The pictures look so nice once we stay there, we can't believe what we expected.it was such a bad experience.

Big room but disappointed by lack of wifi
Pros:

Room was spacious with nice big windows. Air con worked. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Location was particularly good for us, we walked to the main attractions, good martabak and street food near by and a shopping mall which is very modern with bigger chain restaurants. I was also able to get a pop mee noodle at night from the drinks cafe inside the hotel which was helpful.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there wasn't any wifi in the room or at breakfast- didn't check to see if there was wifi at reception. The room was clean except for the edges of the room, lots of hair, spilled coffee and when we moved the bin there was rotting fruit behind. We were in room 501 and a man was always sat on the bench outside our room smoking. Maybe people shouldn't smoke in the corridor and should be forced to go down to the lobby/outside.
