Luxury hotel with relaxed atmosphere
Pros:

Hotel with elegant Scandinavian design with large windows, light wood and well-proportioned rooms. The hotel is very close to the Ciampinoi lift. There is a nice spa in the basement with a regular sauna, steam room, ice bucket, mint-scented showers and an outdoor jacuzzi. The restaurant was fantastic, with a four-course menu plus salad every evening. You can freely choose between about 4-5 options for each entrée. Each portion was a gastronomic masterpiece, the chef deserves an extra star.
The biggest bonus was the fantastic wait staff in the restaurant who provided incredible service. We were very happy with our stay and can imagine returning!

Our stay at Mountain Design Hotel was beyond amazing. From the time we checked in until the moment we left nothing could have been better. We were very fortunate to have met the owner Rowland. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. His staff was so accommodating, polite, and just a pure please to interact with. No, it does not stop there. The food was from the local markets and prepared to perfection. We will be back

Really pleased with our stay at Mountain Design Hotel Eden Selva. A very short walk into all the shopping, dining, lift and bus services. Spacious, clean and modern feel. We only tried the breakfast service , which was excellent. Staff was top notch in service. Extra special thanks to manager Julia who helped us with some challenges we encountered when our son was sick for the first two days of our visit. Highly recommend!

Excellent ski experience at this lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms, friendly staff, yummy food. We stayed with a group of friends to ski Sunday - Saturday and it was a terrific experience. Very comfortable bed, WONDERFUL shower, fabulous sauna/steam facilities. We dined together at a large table at the end of the restaurant each morning and night. The only slight downside was the menu didn't change very much each day, however the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet has many options and the chef is happy to make eggs just for you if you'd prefer. The pastries were excellent. The ski locker room is handy and once you figure out how to ski back it's very conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Stayed for 5 days of skiing with my husband. It was a wonderful experience. Fab location (ski in/out), beautiful design, super comfortable, great wellness area, lovely food, extraordinary service. First winter visit to the Dolomites, but will not be the last. Highly recommend.

Perfect and pleasant stay
Pros:

Very new, clean, honest and friendly staff
we felt perfect in this hotel, because of the staff, the bar, the restaurant.
Location on the slope back to the center, indoor parking, small but clean wellness … everything ass described.

About exceeding expectations when booking a last minute and spontaneous 4 day ski trip with a friend; running a hotel is a people's business, and it shows! What a wonderful staff, from the smiles at our (very) early arrival until the smooth inevitable check out. Apart from the lovely people, the hotel itself is perfectly situated and provides all amenities you need and want. Not the cheapest, but more than worth is when you ski down the mountains to the actual doorstep of the hotel and feeling at home instantly .Thanks for having us!
