Sehr gutes Hotel für Familien mit Kleinkindern, leider nicht für Teenager.
Essen serviert zu früh. Eine Nutzung Schwimmbades am Abend ist nicht möglich. Es gibt kein Wäscheständer für nasse Kleidung.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Tous ont à coeur de vous rendre service et de faire de votre séjour un moment de détente et plaisir. L'hôtel est très propre. La chambre est spacieuse et disposait d'une belle terrasse. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Tout est frais et il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.
Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel 2x. Chaque jour le menu est différent et propose antipasti, choix entre deux entrées, trois plats (poisson, viande, végétarien) et choix entre 2 desserts. Les plats sont vraiment de bonne qualité. Mon mari étant un bon mangeur trouvait les portions un peu juste. Pour ma part, je n'aurais pas pu manger plus.
Vu que nous avons eu un jour de pluie, nous en avons profité pour réserver un massage. Merci à Elena pour ce moment de pure détente.
Un hôtel que nous recommandons et dans lequel nous espérons trouver une chambre si nous revenons dans cette magnifique région.
Il s'agit d'un hôtel adapté aux familles. Nous sommes venus en couple et la présence des enfants n'est vraiment pas un problème pour nous.
Bref, ce séjour prend fin trop vite.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Vriendelijk en voldoende personeel, fantastisch eten en uitgebreide keuze. Goede, ontspannen atmosfeer. Het hotel ligt wat verder van het meer, maar er zijn gratis fietsen en via een goed fietspad kun je er makkelijk en veilig komen. Ook een snelle bus is gratis met de Trentino guest card die je krijgt.

We enjoyed a rejuvenating stay enjoying the customer service and meals and quietness.
Pros:

The breakfast was sensational. Food was fresh and healthy. There were many choices including choices appealing to children that can be approved by parents.
The fragrance of complimentary bathroom products which were also on sale.

Cons:

The location from Riva Del Garda for people without a car relying on public transport and walking to the town centre.

Amazing family hotel at Lake Garda with exquisite food
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. The pool and outdoor-sauna were amazing. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and dinner with a high quality menu, especially for kids. The staff was professional, very friendly and helpful. My kids (5 and 7) loved the kids-club very much and my husband and I enjoyed having lunch while our kids had a great time in the kids club.
