Pleasant stay in idyllic countryside location
Pros:

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Meinsbur Hotel in July while attending an event locally. The hotel has a heritage feel with thatched roof buildings steeped in history. The countryside location was very peaceful, it was so calming to hear only crickets in the night and to wake to the sound of birdsong. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was spacious, secure and comfortable, with a view of the fields. The hotel is a short walk from a supermarket and the village which includes a historical trail.

Cons:

The bathroom was not spotless when we checked in and there were a few things not working, including my bedside light. We asked for help booking a taxi and we were informed that staff cannot help guests with this.

Lækkert overnatningssted for en tur igennem Tyskland. Kunne godt være blevet en hel dag for at opleve mere af stedet og byen

لايوجد شي اعجبني فندق سئ للغاية وهو بالحقيقة ليس فندق او موتيل هو نزل

I didn't like anything about it. The hotel was terrible; it's not really a hotel or motel, it's a hostel.

Cons:

This hotel offers no assistance and has no system. The reception area is essentially a restaurant; they don't care about you. Restaurant customers are more important than you, and there's no help available. Even when I booked with children, they added a charge for a bed, even though they were already booked through Booking.com. Charmantes Landhotel. Ruhige Lage. Mein Zimmer war liebe-und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Abendessen auf der idyllischen Terrasse. Das Frühstück habe ich gespart.

Stilsicheres, liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in ländlicher Gegend mit guter Gastronomie. Frühstück klein aber erlesen, Einrichtung sehr schön, Traumhaft bequeme Betten - würde wiederkommen.

Cons:

Preislich an der oberen Grenze für die Lage außerhalb von HH.
Etwas mehr Ablage für Kleidung wäre gut oder zumindest ein Garderobenhaken am Eingang.

Schönes Restaurant, Großes Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Ausblick nicht wie auf den Bildern. Terrasse war Durchlauf Bereich, also nicht privat. Möbel etwas abgenutzt und Wände verkratzt . In den Ecken Spinnweben . Im Garten überall Bäume gefällt

Optisch ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Macken.
Pros:

Die Lage war für mich passend. Es gab ein Restaurant, welches am Sonntag bis 21 Uhr Küche bzw. Speisen angeboten hat. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es gratis zweimal Wasser (still und mit Sprudel) angeboten.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer 1. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört das Schnitzel Geklopfe aus der Küche und jeden Gast der rauf- und runtergeht. Fahrzeuge die auf den Kieselsteinen wegfahren vom Parkplatz. Die
Dusche ist in der Badewanne, ist in einer Gaube und demnach in der Schräge, heißt kleiner Vorhang und ganz wenig Platz zum Duschen. Und zum Schluss ist für mich der Fernseher viel zu klein, aber die Programmauswahl ist sehr umfangreich.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Die Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Duschvorhang im Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig?
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis am Frühstücksbüffet, 20 Euro, ist unserer Meinung überteuert. Es gab keine eingedeckte Tische zum Frühstück. Dafür waren die Tische für das Abendessen eingedeckt. Wir waren 5 Personen und mussten immer fragen wo wir uns hinsetzen können. Servietten bekamen wir auf Nachfrage.

Prachtige locatie, ongeschikt op warme dagen.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, goede tussenstop op weg van Denemarken naar Nederland. Fijn dat er een goed restaurant bij zit. Wij hadden een hele ruime kamer aan de tuin, met alle ruimte voor onze kinderen om rond te rennen.

Cons:

Wij waren hier tijdens de hittegolf van juni en de kamer was bloedheet. Het was nog warmer binnen dan buiten. De kamer had geen airco en geen ventilator, iets wat je in deze prijsklasse wel mag verwachten. De receptie kon ook geen ventilator regelen. De badkamer was verouderd, het water in de douche liep niet goed weg. Ook waren er geen koffie-en theefaciliteiten.
