Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly, polite staff. Right across from Acropolis Mall which has a Starbuck's. I messaged them through Expedia and sent an email to arrange to take the airport shuttle, but they never got back to me.

Pros:

Clean and well maintained. Only problem is that rooms are not very quiet. You can still hear the incessant honking from the street. But that's an unavoidable thing at most places in India. The Wifi was great, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay while you're in Kolkata. Acropolis Mall is right across the property and you have access to Starbucks, movies and food court.
