Pros:

El personal ha sido amabilísimo. Ha sido un gusto estar allí de vacaciones. Destacó mucho la limpieza y la comodidad de los colchones.
El personal de buffet encantador y la comida maravillosa. Volveremos sin duda.

Totalmente recomendable si buscas tranquilidad y calidad
Pros:

Hotel súper tranquilo y con una limpieza impecable. El personal era súper amable y la piscina invitaba a pasar tiempo en ella. El buffet es muy tranquilo y con mucha variedad. Las camas muy cómodas. La verdad es que todo en conjunto, muy muy bien.

Cons:

Está apartado del centro pero es el precio a pagar por esa paz que había en el hotel. Además si vas en coche porque tu idea es hacer actividades durante el día se aparca bien a la llegada. Para mi gusto la almohada era muy bajita. Hubiese agradecido una extra.

Gostaríamos de destacar a enorme atenção e dedicação de toda a equipa durante a nossa estadia, e em particular o cuidado demonstrado para com a nossa filha de 14 meses, incluindo a preparação de refeições especiais adaptadas às suas necessidades.

El buffet, la piscina para niños y el parque infantil estaba muy bien. Los camareros y servicio muy amables y atentos.

Pros:

Einfach ein traumhaftes Hotel am Ortsrand.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem schönen Balkon und freiem Blick zum Meer.
Riesige Dusche, 2 Waschbecken.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren spitze und abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag gab es andere Gerichte.
Der Garten und der Poolbereich sind sehr schön und gepflegt.
Täglich ein anderes Programm in der Bar. Leider unverständlicherweise spärlich besucht.
Einfach ein Hotel bei dem alles stimmt. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Danke dafür.

Hotelul are parcare mare, piscina frumoasa, mic dejun si cina excelente, foarte diversificate. Camera este spatioasa, curata si moderna, iar de pe balcon se vede oceanul. Personalul a fost foarte amabil.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit, with only one less positive interaction at the restaurant, which did not significantly affect our overall impression.
One gesture we truly appreciated was finding sandwiches and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room when we arrived late at night after missing dinner. We were also offered the possibility of a late check-out, which added extra comfort and convenience to our stay.
Both breakfast and dinner were varied, offering a wide selection of tasty and well-prepared dishes. The hotel's location is excellent, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely beautiful.
A particularly special memory for us is that our baby took their first crawling steps during this stay. For that reason, and because of the wonderful experience overall, this hotel will certainly be our first choice when we return to Puerto de la Cruz.
