Très bon accueil, chambre confortable et calme. Bon petit déjeuner.

Great beds. Nice clean room. Swimming pool and good breakfast. The personnel spoke good English and was very polite.

15 minuti dal Registan a buon passo: se non volete camminare, specie in estate con il caldo, con Yandex ho 3€ andata e ritorno ci arrivate in 5 minuti. Camere grandi e spaziose, personale ottimo, colazione discreta e varia. Fondamentale la piscina sul terrazzo: si è piccolina ma a differenza di molti altri hotel della zona è ad accesso libero e non a tempo. Sia nelle ore più calde del giorno che la sera un tuffo ci sta benissimo.

Staff gentile, colazione ricca, buoni ristoranti vicini (Platan). Con i taxi yandex si raggiunge facilmente il centro

We visited as part of a tour group and stayed 2 nights.

It looks a little “ olde world “ with quite dark wood .
The rooms were fine , bed was comfortable, pillows ok . Shower worked ok but the hose was very stiff & the floor got flooded 1st use .

Our room overlooked an inner courtyard, which doubles up as a bar area . It looks as if it’s outside but it’s not .
We had to keep curtains closed as you had bedrooms opposite though.

Breakfast was really nice , fruits were great . A good choice of savoury items . I did try a beef & mushroom stew , which would be an odd thing to serve in UK for breakfast !!! It was delicious.

We are one dinner as a group . This was fabulous, the dishes had an Asian / Thai flavour.
They tray of little puddings was lovely to
share .

We used the bar area both evenings as we found the location too out of way to walk to see anything.

The staff were nice , polite, friendly & professional.
One gentleman stood out , he was probably in charge of the restaurant & bar , possibly the whole hotel .
A very efficient gentleman & nothing was too much trouble.

We failed to find the swimming pool but went in the evening so it was probably closed off .

A good stay, recommend for sure .

Clean, nicely done rooms and excellent / helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and excellent.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and very welcoming. Location is good - it's nice and quiet for sleeping but close enough to restaurants if needed. Realistically, it does require a taxi ride to anywhere you want to go - but that's fine too

Красивый удобный отель с бассейном и зоной отдыха на крыше.

Ulaşım açısından da personel davranışları açısından da her şey çok iyiydi. Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada maalesef taharet musluğu yoktu. Genel olarak Semerkand'ta olmadığını gördük. Onun dışında hem çalışanların yaklaşımı hem otelin temizliği hem de kahvaltılar gayet güzeldi. Eşimle beraber 2 gece kaldık gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Отдыхали в отеле с 29 апреля по 3 мая 2026 года — провели там 4 ночи. Однозначно могу сказать: это один из лучших отелей по соотношению цены и качества из всех, где нам довелось побывать (а мы много путешествуем!).

Начну с главного — персонал. Здесь работают невероятно дружелюбные и профессиональные люди. И это не какая‑то формальная вежливость: чувствуется искреннее желание помочь и сделать отдых гостей максимально комфортным.

Несколько моментов, которые особенно запомнились:

Гибкость при бронировании. У меня не прошла предоплата через Booking (по какой‑то причине сервис не принял карту), но отель пошёл навстречу и разрешил оплатить проживание по приезду.

Быстрое заселение ночью. Мы прилетели поздно, но нас разместили оперативно.

Приятные сюрпризы. В номере нас ждал комплимент от отеля — мелочь, а приятно!

Завтрак: Из‑за разницы во времени мы проспали завтрак. Когда пришли на ресепшн, нас усадили во внутреннем дворике — красивом и уютном. Мы заказали кофе, а в дополнение получили множество закусок… тоже в качестве комплимента!
В целом завтраки отличные! Много фруктов и овощей! Вкусный кофе! В любое время (и в 7 и в 10 утра) все блюда в наличии.

Замена номера без доплат. Изначально мы забронировали номер с окном во внутренний дворик, но захотели другой — с видом наружу. Персонал без вопросов и без дополнительной платы оперативно решил вопрос.

Большой плюс - просторные номера, ежедневная уборка и чистота!!!

Ещё один плюс — бассейн на крыше с лежаками. В тёплый день там очень приятно расслабиться: поплавать и позагорать.

В целом отель оставил неизгладимые впечатления. Если будете в Самарканде, очень рекомендую его к рассмотрению — не пожалеете!

Everything, staff were great, room was fantastic,, spacious and comfortable. Lovely area. Used the medical centre around the corner for my husband, they had an English speaking doctor there, great staff, good experience. Very handy.
