Spacious room with a huge double bath.

It was close stadiums where we enjoyed a playoff basketball game and baseball game.

침대 사이즈가 킹+퀸이라서 4인 가족이 쓰기에 너무 넓고 좋았습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있는데 둘 다 넓어서 너무 좋았습니다. 수건도 넉넉히 제공해주시고 난방이나 온수 제공도 완벽했습니다. 위치는 환승역인 연산역에서 가까워 부산역 및 주요관광지가 모두 30분 내 이동이 가능했고, 주변에 편의점과 식당들도 많아 편리했습니다.

It was good, it had everything you would want in a hotel.

The room is unexpectedly spacious and clean, and the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Seeking help from them results in prompt solutions, leaving nothing to be criticized.

Welcomed by polite and lovely staff- I forgot to ask his name but the ajussi was very accommodating. He even offered chargers and plugs for our mobile phones. Clean lobby, with two elevators to take you up and down the floors.

💙The room is very spacious and clean; air conditioning, teli, and lights are controlled with the universal remote. PCs are present if you need it.
💕 Sink avaible inside the room on the counter where mugs, free tea and cofffee is avaible plus kettle/ thermos to heat water.
💜 Sheets are changed/ cleaned daily. Bed is huge for two people, might even fit three plus another singke bed which could fit two people.
😁The welcome pack was something new for us, aside from the usual bath wash, shampoo and conditioner they all gave us skin care products, toothbrush with toothpaste and shaver with shaving cream. Bottled water is already cold in the fridge. Bathroom has a jacuzzi but was unable to use it coz our sked in Busan was so hectic. Toilet is separate so one can use it while the other is having a bath. Shower is in a cubicle inside the bathroom where the jacuzzi and the sink is. Phone is also available in the room.
Location is very good, there are nearby convenient stores - about 3, a couple of restos, and entertainment shops in a walking distance. Metro is just about 3-5minutes walk.

👌 There's a manual in the room to help the guests work their way round the room and its facilities.
😁 Really enjoyed our stay. Will. definitely book again.

The size of the bed, the mirrored window, the shower and bath were good too

I had been forced to make three separate bookings for a four-night stay at this hotel, and I imagined I'd have to check in and out a couple of times because of this. However, when I checked in and explained the issue, the staff member allowed me to have the same room for all four nights. He and the other staff member who was there during my stay were both extremely kind and helpful, especially since I barely spoke a word of Korean. I have never known such helpful people!
The room I got had a double and a single bed, a TV, PC, wifi, fridge, bathrobes, kettle, hairdryer, tea, coffee, hangers, a bidet/toilet, a/c, and a spa bath. The bath was amazing - the time I was in my hotel room, I spent almost all of it in the bath!
I hadn't ordered breakfast with my booking, so I didn't get any, but I was able to buy food in, because of the fridge.
I booked the hotel to be near the Asiad stadium, which was walkable, so location was great. Yeonsan metro station was a couple of minutes' walk away, and there were convenience stores very nearby too.
I was very sad to leave this hotel, and it really made me feel comfortable in a place where I felt like a fish out of water. I'd recommend it to anyone.

출장으로 다녀왔는데 깔끔하고 편하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요, 근처 식당들이 많이 있어서 저녁, 아침 먹는데 부족함이 없었습니다.

주차비로 일 만오천원씩받다니요. 게다가 약관을 천천히읽어보면 고지돼있다는 변명하는거보고놀람. 공정거례약관상에도 중요사항은 필히구두나 언제나알아볼수있게 표시하게되있습니다.

급하게 구한 숙소였는데요. 패밀리룸 사이즈가 크고 아주 좋았습니다.

Was hesitant about using this but it turned up according to my expectation.

It's hard to find this new hotel. My taxi driver did not know it and stopped several times to ask others for directions. Taxi fare : USD 20 from airport.

Rooms : medium sized, chose superior category for the king size bed. Good firm mattress. Small bathtub that leaked. Room light switch on bedside that did not work. Otherwise comfortable for a tourist. 100m walk to exit 17 of Yeonsan stn which has 2 major subway lines.

Service : change of receptionist everyday.

A good hotel for visits.. Did not dibe there.

The hotel was strategically located near the subway (about 2 mins walk), convenience store, 24-hours Nescafe cafe and some restaurants which makes it so convenient. It is also about 4 stops away from Somyeon station - all your shopping needs. It's one of the most happening districts in Busan and lotte departmental store is also located here along with a Busan Folk Museum. The room is clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The shower room gives me the most amazing experience. The room has complete amenities - a mini refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, flat screen tv with multiple channels and coffee making facilities.
