Posizionata in pieno centro a Fenestrelle, vicinissimo c'è un supermarket ben fornito.
Buon punto per alloggiare: sotto il Forte di Fenestrelle raggiungibile a piedi, 7 minuti di macchina da Usseaux e Lago Laux.
La nostra camera, la tana romantica, era situata tra le vie di Fenestrelle, accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli.
SPA intima e rilassante, molto carina per passare due ore di pieno relax.
È stato un weekend bellissimo

très bien hormis une information trompeuse sur l'accès au spa.
Pros:

très bon accueil, chambre très agréable malgré sa situation en sous-sol. Décoration recherchée et équipements très bien.

Cons:

accueil entre 16h et 18h. Petit déjeuner délégué au bistrot du coin. Petit déjeuner uniquement sucré.
La présentation fait miroiter un accès à un ensemble Piscine-Spa sans dire clairement qu'il y a un supplément à payer (+58€/personne) qui impose d'utiliser l'ensemble de la proposition avec des conditions d'accès restreint sans pouvoir accéder simplement au bassin.

Nous avons aimé la déco de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié que le descriptif de la chambre ne corresponde pas aux photos et descriptif du site. La chambre proposée sur Booking se trouve en sous-sol par rapport à la rue donc pas de balcon, ni de vue montagne, mais vue sur les marches de l'escalier qui descendent à la chambre.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié les réponses apportées par la réceptionniste qui nous a confirmé que le bon descriptif était envoyé en cas de réservation direct auprès de l'hôtel mais pas par Booking, etc.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica in un borgo dal sapore di altri tempi abbinato a servizi di ottima qualità.
La colazione mi è parsa un po' limitata in una stanza che mi pareva come un distaccamento ma nel complesso sufficiente.

Cons:

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trovato un'ottima accoglienza e dobbiamo dire che non abbiamo note negative da dover segnalare, forse l'unica nota non completamente positiva è stata la difficoltà nel comunicare telefonicamente con la struttura, ma non appena abbiamo avuta di parlare di persona con lo staff, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità sono state ottime,
lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Wonderful scenery; impressive hills. Wonderful places to eat. Fenestrelle Fort must be visited.

There was Wi-fi but it was ridiculously slow. If you clicked on something it often took so long to find the target it was best to have something to read during the wait. Organisers should have the imagination to realise how frustrating that can be to their customers.
