Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is gewoon geweldig! Prachtig gelegen aan een schitterend park.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker de medewerkster van het restaurant. Zij reserveerde voor ons het tafeltje dat we graag wilden hebben en adviseerde goed bij de keuze van wijn en eten.
De kamer was zeer ruim en gezellig qua inrichting; vooral het mooie raam. Helaas hadden we problemen met de gordijnen. Deze pasten gewoon niet (te klein).
De douche was heerlijk ruim, maar de regendouche functioneerde niet naar behoren. Dat werd goed opgepakt door het personeel, na onze melding.
Een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt :-)

De gordijnen in onze kamer.Deze waren gewoon te klein.
Ook dat de douche het niet goed deed helaas.

Die Rezeptionistin hat uns durch das Hotel geführt und uns die Kunstwerke gezeigt. Wirklich tolle Sammlung! Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig und gut.

O experienta incantatoare, plina de stil, rafinament, respect, "luxe, calme et volupte"!

Totul! Incepand cu amplasamentul hotelului, camera, linistea, curatenia, ordinea, amabilitatea deosebita a personalului, solicitudinea lui, micul dejun (consistenta, varietatea, modul de prezentare), functionalitatea, totul este deosebit. Este la nivelul celor mai frumoase cazari de care am beneficiat in delegatiile mele in strainatate! Grija, atentia deosebita fata de oaspeti, zambetul cu care esti intampinat permanent, eleganta conversatiilor, eleganta intregii locatii, care lasa impresia initiala de adevarata galerie de arta. Totul este special, de o inalta tinuta profesionala! Felicitari!

Cons:

Nu exista nimic care sa-mi fi displacut!
Este greu sa gasesti o recomandare de imbunatatire, la nivelul atat de inalt la care se afla hotelul dumneavoastra, ca locatie, profesionalism al serviciilor, ca prezentare, in ansamblu!

Prywatny parking. Część personelu jest miła. Park w pobliżu.

Cons:

Na zdjęciach hotel wygląda dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Przydałoby się odświeżenie. W pokojach bardzo silny zapach stęchlizny - byliśmy jedną noc, okna otwarte cały czas, więc udało się wytrzymać.
Proces zameldowania dziwny, bardzo poważne miny, sprawdzanie każdego dokumentu tożsamości, podpis elektroniczny (ale nie wiesz co podpisujesz), płatność z góry pomimo tego, że booking zabezpieczył kwotę na mojej karcie.

Impresii? GH Sofianu = Eleganta, stil, rafinament, bun gust, implicare, solicitudine, respect!
Pros:

Locatia este excelent amplasata, ofera toate conditiile necesare unui sejur exceptional. Personalul este deosebit din toate punctele de vedere: placut, educat, mereu cu zambetul pe buze, la orice ora din zi sau din noapte, de o amabilitate extraordinara. Sincere felicitari! Ca ambient, am avut impresia ca intram intr-o galerie de arta de cea mai buna calitate! Micul dejun a fost atat de bogat, variat, elegant, consistent, incat ne-am simtit permanent rasfatati si onorati. Ceva asemanator, dar sub nivelul dumneavoastra, am mai vazut doar la un hotel de 4 stele din centrul ONU de la Viena. Sincere felicitari!

Cons:

Nu avem nici o nemultumire!
Daca ar fi existat un calificativ mai presus de "excelent", pe acela vi l-am fi acordat!
