They cancel my room and I arrive the day a booked at 7 pm that night and they said we cancel your room

Terrible experience
Pros:

I did not like this Hotel. The air would not stop. No Heat. Terrible Customer service. They would not refund my money. I did not stay in the Hotel only for a few hours.

It was perfect for our 1 day stay for valentine’s day
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was so friendly! I also loved the size of the room, the comfortable bed and the amenities that came with the room.

Cons:

the mix for the waffles was horrible I’ve never tasted anything like it. Switch it up an it’ll be great! An it’ll be a plus to have real eggs instead of the ones in a carton. I personally just don’t like them.
