The restaurant employees seemed to be very short staffed. They were all very busy and a little slow in assisting the customers. They need extra help.

I didn't like that my neighbor had some smelly food and set their trash in the hall and the whole 3rd floor smelled bad.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We've stayed at the Best Western Plus Ardmore Inn several times in the past four years. Each time the service and facilities have been excellent. The public areas and the rooms are very quiet and clean with pleasant decor. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a good variety of hot and cold items from which to choose. The hotel is close to events, restaurants and shopping with very reasonable rates and a good value. The staff is very friendly and professional. They always ask if there is anything they can do to improve our stay. We will continue to stay here and Highly Recommend the hotel to others.

Great experience.
Pros:

Great bed. Clean, quiet room. Good value. But the real star was the young man at the front desk. He gave a rate better than advertised, and upgraded to a full size refrigerator/ freezer when he learned I was transporting a cooler full of frozen foods.
