it was a very pleasant, and relaxing stay the staff was very helpful and friendly , very clean also

I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for the desk clerk to finish smoking her cigarette to get checked in. I had to call the office phone and she answered from outside while smoking and argued that I wasn’t there for 10 minutes that it only takes her 6 minutes because she smokes short cigarettes. The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. I go to run our shower and Our drain stopped is is completely rusted and out of the hole full of hair!!! I have a picture of how I found it and then I just had to kill a ROACH in our room and I have video of it. I want a refund

I didn’t realize it was pet friendly hotel and there were 2 dogs that barked until the fell asleep, I’m assuming.

The room we stayed in 105 smelled bad. We stayed in the same style room 2 weeks prior with no issue.

Worst dump i have ever stayed at.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
"Security door" doesn't lock, anyone can walk in the side door. Filthy tub, loose shower handle, doors auto slam all night, pool is 1/4 full, breakfast was cold and disgusting. And most importantly... overpriced... by a LOT.
