Excelente apartamento
Pros:

Atendimento da equipe. Tamanho suite.

Cons:

O barulho excessivo no café da manhã. O hotel não tem culpa pelo comportamento de seus hospedes, mas estava muito desconfortável.

Correct mais je m’attendais à mieux pour un Four Seasons
Pros:

L’emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel , la terrasse du restaurant

Cons:

Bémol au niveau de l’accueil à la réception , un peu froid …
Une résa au restaurant qui n’avait pas été respectée … nous avons dû patienter ( avec notre bébé ) pour avoir la table que nous avions réservée dès le matin …

Отель потрясающий. В ресторане очень вкусно, шеф-повар Александр очень нам помог с питанием для нашей особенной дочери. Спасибо ему и отелю огромное за это. Очень всем рекомендую!
Забыли документы и очень оперативно их нам отправили. Это очень ценно.

Восхитительная локация с безупречным сервисом, чтобы влюбиться в Касабланку раз и навсегда 🤍
Pros:

Потрясающее месторасположение - на берегу Атлантики. Пешком по набережной можно прогуляться до маяка и мечете Хасана II. Все достопримечательности находятся в нескольких минутах на авто. Безупречный персонал. Приветливый, Внимательный и очень отзывчивый! Прекрасный spa и рестораны, где работает шеф - повар Александр!

Смешанные эмоции за большие деньги
Pros:

Отель расположен на берегу океана - шикарный вид и удобный выход к океану через собственный маленький садик. Отличная зона отдыха у бассейна и сам бассейн. Релакс и чилл. Номера большие и комфортные очень удобные кровати. Дружелюбный персонал. нам сделали апгрейд одного номера, что было приятно!

Cons:

Из всех больших сетевых отелей топ уровня, в которых мы останавливались - это был самый дорогой и самый худший по уровню отель. Завтраки просто не соответсвуют уровню отеля. выбор блюд зоны шведского стола, как в отеле уровня три звезды. большой выбор по меню, но его приходится долго ждать. персонал через каждые пару минут назойливо интересуется все ли хорошо и мало что происходит.
много суеты, мало дела. в общем очень смешанные эмоции остались. Второй раз не поедем.
