Hotel Arenas del Pacifico

Quiet part of town with pretty backdrop of greenery. Room was spacious, with balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast range of food limiting.

We very much enjoyed staying at Hotel Arenas del Pacifico. The hotel has great character, was exceptionally clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Reasonable breakfast was included. Location was excellent to have dinner in town.

I loved this sweet hotel! It was so charming and absolutely lovely-- my room was on an upper floor and had a little balcony facing the back of the hotel, so very quiet. My room and the entire hotel was absolutely immaculate!! The ambience of the hotel ,including my room, held a true Mexican feel . Breakfast was included and served on a shaded outdoor patio. Lovely staff, comfortable room with comfortable beds, very clean with daily housekeeping. Fridge and a/c in room. Easy walk to central square. 2 restaurants next door. Nice pool.

A 5 minute walk to the square with lots of shops and restaurants. Pool is refreshing and clean. Breakfast is included.

Todo el ambiente y el barrio es muy agradable. Bonita piscina y el diseño de los pisos es acogedor y con detalles de diseño tradicional. Super atento el personal. Muy bien equipada la habitación. Bonito balcón a la piscina y el cerro. Las habitaciones tienen los nombres de cada playa de Huatulco

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen...es ist sehr schön, hat schöne saubere Zimmer, Bad, Pool... alles einwandfrei. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend, wir fanden es ziemlich gut, es uns selbst zusammenstellen zu können.
Auch die Lage ist top...es ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist auch schnell im Centro.
Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

This hotel is a gem in Huatulco. It is close to the all the activity, restaurants and stores in Crucecita, yet on a quiet street where you can wake up to the sound of birds and the rooster next-door. You can walk to some beaches, or take a taxi or public transit (cheap and easy) to others.
This hotel is exceptionally well run. We stayed there twice at the beginning and end of our trip to Oaxaca, so I was able to compare it to other hotels we used. It is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are super helpful and always friendly.
We booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious every morning.
The hotel is mostly used by Mexican families, but we met a few Americans and fellow Canadiens during our stay.
The pool and in a courtyard, where breakfast is served, is a lovely space. We had an evening flight and after we checked out, we are comfortable hanging out there in the afternoon before we had to go to the airport.
I would definitely go back to this hotel on a future trip to Huatulco.
There are many food choices in Oaxaca. I enjoyed Nixtamel just around the corner from the hotel, as well as the little snack bar at the end of the street. The Italian restaurant next-door looked very busy, but we didn’t give it a try. There’s also a grocery store just three minutes away, for fresh fruit, water, beer and snacks.
