Ban Chom Samed Resort

Nice Bungalows in the more quite area of the island

We liked the look of the resort and the area. But the owners were not very helpful so we moved to a small resort close by as soon as we could.

Stayed in the cottage room and was impressed with the size. Bed was comfy and AC very good.

There were 2 negative points about the accomodation. First was that it's right at the top of the island so everything is a bike or taxi ride away. Second was the breakfast, it was very limited. You had as much toast as you wanted but then the main part of breakfast was what ever they decided to cook up. First day we had an egg sandwich with an extra egg on the side and a small fruit plate. Days 2 and 3 we had rice, pork and egg with the fruit plate. Would of been nice to have some cereals as I prefer something light for breakfast.

All in all I was moderately happy with the accomodation but if I was to return to Koh Samet then I'd stay somewhere closer to main area and also with a pool.

部屋も比較的広く気の良いホテルでした。ビーチには面してませんが、鳥の鳴き声とか森の囁きとか自然を感じられて良いです。
サメットのビーチは国立公園側の方がオススメなのでバイクがあると便利ですね。

Nån Chom ligger lite utanför händelsernas centrum men är oväntat välskött och mysigt. Grönt och lummigt med liten park i mitten av området. Frukosten serverade vid bordet och var olika var dag men vällagad. De bästa baden hittar man på andra sidan ön, men det var helt ok även på stranden som låg 75 meter från resorten. Ägarinnan hjälper till att fixa en motorcykel vilket rekommenderas på Koh Samet. Bra liten supermarket finns 100 meter bort.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein separates Bungalow und es war sauber, es gab frische Handtücher und jeden Morgen etwas anderes zum Frühstück. Die kleine Anlage ist inhabergeführt und die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr ruhig und ein wenig abseits gelegen, aber mit Roller ist man super schnell im Nationalpark. Zum nächsten Strand sind es nur zwei Gehminuten.

Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und persönlich, beim Frühstück wurde jeden Tag etwas anderes serviert, sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Location few(2-3) min from beach, quiet place with nice garden.
Average breakfast.
Huts clean and specious, unfortunate plastic flowers inside as decoration.
Run by the local family.

必需要租電單車，離主沙灘和碼頭都太遠。
房內有蜜蜂，刺到腳。
被單太溥。
熱水不夠熱。
但服務很好。

hotellet var bra men svårt hitta folk när man behöver hjälp. Ligger lång från centrum men annars bra. Tips är att erbjuda folk transport medel till center delen.

Godt værelse omgivet af en stor velplejet have som er med til at man har en flot udsigt fra balkonen. Dejligt roligt sted. Venligt personale. Det ligger ca 5 min kørsel fra centrum så lad ikke stedets lokation afskrække.

Fint ställe, lugnt och intill en fin strand. Eklektisk frukost...

We had a wonderful experience here in every way. So peaceful and quiet and relaxing. Situated in the nice village part of the island but still close enough to main town area. The owners and staff were so kind and warmly welcoming to us, genuinely lovely and wonderful people. The garden is a work of art. Breathtakingly beautiful and immaculately maintained - you can tell its a labour of love. Breakfast was cooked individually each day for each guest and it was delicious. The rooms are comfortable and homely. Just relaxing on the balcony taking in the views of the garden and hillside beyond is heavenly. I could have stayed here forever! Thankyou chom samed for sharing your wonderful place and your hospitality and for a truly relaxing and blissful stay.
