A welcome break overall, especially after our nightmarish experience at Moalboal.
Pros:

Very close to Fuentes Osmena circle, shopping centres and restaurants close by, clean and efficient.

Cons:

Rooms could have been bigger, especially the premium deluxe rooms. The shower cubicle space is very constricted. Also the breakfast portions are rather small.

Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are always kept clean and breakfast was good as well. Our vacation was great because we had a good place to rest after a tiring day. Thank you for accommodating us.🙂

Welcoming!
Pros:

Neat, efficient, value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast options are limited, and even all the ones listed on the menu weren’t available. We expect this to be improved, as we continue with our stay.

Good enough place away a little from the hustle and bustle
Pros:

The security guards and desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to get a taxi and drivers know where it is.

Cons:

For a newish hotel the bathrooms and cupboards are getting shabby. The elevator is very slow in coming so we generally used the stairs. Be aware that some rooms don't have windows. The breakfast staff are lovely but their attention to detail is a little lacking. All small issues

De locatie was prima qua ligging maar dat was het ook.

Cons:

Elk hotel op de wereld geeft tenminste thee en brood gratis maar hier krijg je 1 ontbijt (je mag iets uit hun ontbijt menu kiezen) en voor alles dat je daarna wilt moet je betalen. Je krijgt zelf maar 1 kopje drinken. En als je een ontbijt met brood kiest krijg je maar 2 sneetjes brood. Wie eet er nou 2 sneetjes voor ontbijt?!

Good overnight stay
Pros:

Close to massage, local restaurant (try Nanays Filipino restaurant around the corner, great food and value)
Hotel only serves breakfast, and that is very good. Close to shops, transport, easy access to city centre.
