Best hotel view in Roi Et
Pros:

Best location to see fire work from Roi Et Tower altogether with Big Buddha. We could see firework pretty clearly on New Year Eve, very nice view. If staying on highest floor the view would be pretty nicer.
We got enough amentities for budget hotel.
Staff was friendly and as we travelled as a big group (4 rooms) so thank you for being tolerate with the children.

Cons:

There was no breakfast option but on the ground floor the hotel offer hot water with good coffee machine for free. Hotel also offered microwaves for instant food, others like snacks, soft drink and noodles you have to pay but not over priced. BTW, hotel allowed guest to order food via Grab for in room dining. no problem.

At this budget, it was to expect but not possible to sleep in the afternoon/daytime because of noisy

This place is very basic, reminds me of institutions in Europe, but it is clean and budget friendly.

Cons:

The place is all hard surfaces (for easier cleaning and maintenance i guess) also the walls, floors and doors are very thin and cheap. Resulting in very NOICY.
