The best beach ever ! Cocktails bars , restaurants direct on the beach !
A éviter cet établissement.
Very clean and green!
Overall good experience. Multiple pools...
The Expedia hotel description says all rooms include breakfast. 5 days into my stay, the person at the buffet said my room was still not showing up on her list - after an inquiry, they told me my room did not include breakfast and I had to pay an extra 15 leva (about 10 dollars) for each day I used the buffet (they even suggested that my booking had not come from Expedia - ?).
The clothes hanger on the balcony where I was supposed to dry towels and swimsuits was broken and rusty - I reported it on day 2 - it was never replaced during my 7 day stay. The cleaning crew did a good job, my sheets were changed daily, but I never received replacement shampoos/conditioners - 2 little bottles were supposed to last 7 nights. The resort itself is beautiful, and the front desk people are friendly, but not accommodating.
Excellent room cleaning service! Great deal for a family package - great return on your money! Otherwise, it is overcrowded, overbuilt, congested, you feel you are in a city, services are adequate, but not exceptional, the staff does not speak Bulgarian. You have to pay for a chair and umbrella. This is a low budget family resort!
I liked how large the apartment is. We had 2 bedroom one. But I felt its a bit overpriced. Things are a bit far, its a lot of walking to supermarket or bar. Bar closes too early and there is nothing else to do around. Also for 250 usd per night I would expect to have conditioner in the bathroom and some more amenities like slippers but there was nothing only shampoo and shower gel.
Our whole family renting 4 apartments went and we had a blast - kuds, parents and grandparents. Great pools and grounds, amazing buffet both breakfast and dinner, 5 mins walk to beach with great sand, 5 mins drive from Sozopol! Highly recommended for families with kids
This hotel is located on a beautiful beach BUT... useless staff, dirty tiny studio, no hair dryer, very basic not 4 stars at all. Mattress is bad we woke up feeling as our backs are broken in two. Breakfast has lots of options but the quality and cleanliness are extremely poor. I don’t recommend if you have any expectations at all.
The hotel buffet is expensivThe selection was minimal and the food had been laying out for long so it dried up and looked very unhealthy. The room was dirty with lots of gravel and dirt on the floors. The porch was not maintained, neither were the input for electricity, it was loose and looked very unsafe. My room was not cleaned, even if I hung the «please clean» sign on the door. The area with pools were dirty and not maintained as well. This is clearly false advertising, and you pay 3 times more than what you actually get. The beach was beautiful though, and very clean sea. But why on earth are all the bars/restaurants playing LOUD and crap house/trance music when 98% of your guests are familys with children??? It does not make sense. I find it hard to believe anyone on that beach enjoys that very stressful music.
excellent !!!
We went here for a short weekend break, expecting a quiet, relaxing stay close to the beach. What we got, however, was not what we expected or paid for.
First of all this is a resort, so you are not at all getting anything like a hotel experience. It seems that most people rent rooms or own them and stay for long periods of time, so the atmosphere is almost a little too relaxed. Like some families have taken over their tiny plots of grass behind their patio doors with trashy toys and laundry. It feels like more of an apartment complex than a resort. There are also a TON families and children. Like just kids everywhere at every time of day and night.
The staff are friendly but clearly tired and do the bare minimum. Our room was not very clean when we arrived and we requested several times for the issues to be fixed (even took pictures to show the receptionists). They ended up cleaning a few of the more "easily noticeable" things, but we still had cobwebs and sand everywhere.
The place is just worn down. The rooms are falling apart and the internet is the absolute worst. There were not enough towels, the food was mediocre and expensive, and the bars close at 11 p.m. It was just meh.
I guess I would recommend this for families with small kids and do not really care about the quality of the location. It is in an EXCELLENT location and the resorts best features are its lawn chairs on the beach. So go if you know your family is going to be outside most of the time

will definitely come again
Strandrestaurant gut.
Restaurant Dune gut ,Personal freundlich. Half board- Dinner (Halbpension) sehr lieblose Massenabspeisung.Das gilt auch fürs Frühstück.Qualität entspricht nicht
This is the third time we visit Green Life Resort. The complex is perfect for families - secure closed complex, plenty of space around pools, really close to one of the best beaches on the Bulgarian black sea. Restaurant offers good variety of food included in HB, the beach restaurant also offers great food. The staff is polite and helpful, we will definitely visit again.
hazel dogasi olan bir bolge. temizlik fena degil. yemekler daha iyi olmali. plajda adam basi ucret istenmesi dogru degil. aileler icin.uygun bir hotel
Excellent service, excellent room, excellent food. A+ amenities
Super hotel. Eten is wat minder, maar er is genoeg in het oude centrum van Sozopol. Zeker een aanrader om daarheen te gaan. Kamer is ook prima, met maar liefst op elke kamer een airco. Helaas de Wi-Fi iets minder. Weinig bereik.
