Pros:

歴史的建造物に近いホテル、ビビカナムモスクの隣のため、借景が最高。

Cons:

部屋があまり気に入りませんでした。
・暗い（ライトをつけても日中は暗い）
・バスルームの天井から水滴が落ちてくる（直すということでしたが、茶色水が滴るため気分的にバスルームを使う気になれませんでした。）
・一階の部屋でしたが、上の階と外がうるさい（レストラン側と2階を歩く音が気になりました。）

Классный отель , роскошный вид, уютные номера. Все понравилось и это 10 из 10. Советую. Рядом находится Арбат, по которому можно пройти пешком на площадь Регистан. Отзывчивый персонал 🫶

Pros:

Excellent location where you can walk to most of the major sights, like the Registan & Shah-i-Zinda, in 10 to 15 minutes. The Bibikhanum Mosque is just next door! Staff are friendly & helpful and the restaurant where you have breakfast offers awesome and upclose view of Bibikhanum Mosque!

Centrally located very convenient with a beautiful view
Pros:

Central to all attractions in Samarkand, I loved the room, i had direct access to the viewpoint and it was beautifully decorated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was vast and comes with a terrace view which was stunning. The staff were so helpful and attentive, I had an amazing stay for my first time in Samarkand.

Magnifique hôtel à côté de la mosquée
Pros:

Emplacement imbattable
La vue sur les coupoles de la mosquée est magnifique.C’est réveillé avec cette vue est incroyable!

このホテルの部屋、ロケーションに惹かれて事前確認と予約後の予約確認書で条件を再確認して予約したにも関わらず、条件と全く違う部屋をアサインされた。
ブッキングドットコム のカスタマーセンターに連絡するも対応するとの返信のみでそれ以降、一切連絡なし。
アサインされた部屋は、まるで業務用部屋。
窓があっても開けれない、カーテンは開閉できるカーテンではなく、光が入る箇所は一切なし。カーテンをあげると景観はレシェプションのバックヤードが丸見え。バルコニーなし、中庭見えない、窓開けれない、外の光なし、テレビなし。レジェプションに交渉するもトップにもブッキングドットコム に連絡することもせず、気に入らないなら返金するから別のホテルを探して移動してくれと。それを言われたのは22時。2泊刑務所のような光のない部屋で泊まりました。
こちらの予約確認書を提示するも見ることもせず、俺は悪くないと。部屋のキーは調子が悪いからと私にマスターを渡し、このキーはどの部屋も開けれるからねと。
呆れる言動ばかり。
ブッキングドットコム からは一切対応、返事なし。

Локация топ!! Восхитительная мечеть в трех метрах от выхода из отеля. Рынок большой Сиаб также очень близко. Атмосферный отель

Cons:

Как пожелание, матрасы очень жесткие, спали как на досках. Но тут на любителя.
Ужин в штатном ресторане в целом дороже других . По всем показателям, мой совет, поищите другое заведение. Их в округе немало.

Pros:

とにかく立地が良い。バザールもビビハニムモスクもレギスタン広場など主要な観光地を徒歩で行くことができた。また朝食会場からの眺めは絶景で食事がより美味しく感じた。
他の都市ではシャワーの水圧が弱いと感じていたが、ここのホテルはしっかりと水圧があってよかった。
スタッフも気が効いてとにかく最高の滞在だった。

Location. Location. Location. The breathtaking view of the Bibi-Khanym Mosque is what gives this hotel its value.

Service.
1. When checking in, we were told to pay in cash in dollars, which we were never informed of.
2. The first night's shower water was cold. Therefore, the next morning, we reported this issue to staff 1 at the reception, who ensured to turn the water temperature higher. However, when we got back to the hotel at 7 pm, hoping to take a bath before going out again at 9 pm, we discovered the water was still cold: NO CHANGE THE WHOLE DAY. Although Staff 2 at the reception turned up the temperature, it wasn't until 10 pm when we got back that we finally had warm water for a shower.
3. During the second day's breakfast, we discovered the expiration date for the packed croissants was nearly TWO MONTHS AGO. However, the reply we received from staff 2 was that we had read it wrong and that it should be 02/01/2028 instead of 02/01/2026. The packed croissants continued to be provided with breakfast. My dear fellow, the picture is provided for your own reference.
