Pros:

・ホテルビューがとてもいいです。市街との行き来や朝食のたびに見れるので満足度が高い。
・スタッフが冗談を言ったりと茶目っ気ってフレンドリーでした。
・お湯も温かいのが問題なく出ます。

Cons:

バスタブが、日本人の思うそれとは違って浸かれるタイプではないです。

ドアの建て付けがちょっと悪いです、ぎゅって引かないと施錠されないかも。

Отличный персонал, идеальное расположение. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. В пешей доступности множество достопримечательностей, главный рынок Самарканда и множество недорогих ресторанов

« J’ai passé un très agréable séjour au Bibikhanum Hotel. J’ai particulièrement apprécié son emplacement exceptionnel, au cœur de la vieille ville, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était propre, confortable et calme, et le cadre authentique de l’établissement apporte un vrai charme au séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant, même si le choix pourrait être un peu plus varié, et le Wi-Fi manquait parfois de stabilité selon les moments. Malgré ces quelques détails mineurs, mon expérience reste très positive et je recommande cet hôtel pour découvrir la ville dans de bonnes conditions. »

Cons:

Nous avons eu froid surtout dans la salle de bain, un petit chauffage appoint serait appréciable surtout en janvier.

Value for money and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The boss Mr Shaliq is a very helpful and reliable man. The location is great. Walkable to Bibikhanum mosque, Syiob Bazaar, Hasrat Khirz Mosque, Shah I Zinda and Registan Square. Breakfast is good and quiet comfortable environment.

Beautiful, confortable hotel, with a magic touch thanks to its proximity to Bibikhanum!
Pros:

Excellent place, the view on Bibikhanum gives a magic touch to this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated, breakfast is varied and tasty, people are nice, we strongly recommend this place! From there you can also go to the bazar, that is at five minutes walk from the hotel.

素敵なホテル
Pros:

ビビハニムモスク、バザールが目の前にあり、レギスタン広場へも歩いて10〜15分位です。朝食も美味しく、スタッフも優しかった。シャワーも問題なく、ドライヤーもありました。何よりホテルがとにかく可愛くて泊まって良かったです！少し歩けばレストランやカフェやお土産屋さんもあります！

Cons:

良くない訳ところではないですが、yandexで向かうとドライバーさんが分かりづらいかもしれないのと、こちらが呼ぶ時どこに呼べば良いのか迷いました。でも、ドライバーさんが送ってくれる時はホテルの近所の人に聞いてくれてたどり着けたし、降ろしてもらったところに呼べば大丈夫でした(ホテルのスタッフに聞けば良いです)
