Absolutely stunning hotel and great breakfast.
Pros:

Newly refurbished room and bathroom. breakfast was the best we had in Uzbekistan. And of course the view and location is second to none.

The most beautiful hotel in Central Asia
Pros:

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms with the best showers we have come across yet. Lovely helpful staff and a breathtaking view of the swifts circling over the Bibikhanum mosque at breakfast.

Cons:

Although the hotel accepted a credit card for the room booking they would have preferred cash: we would have been happy to do this with a bit of warning. They could be clearer upfront.

расположение отеля отличное - все в шаговой доступности и рынок Сиаб и все достопримечательности.

Pros:

とにかくロケーションが最高！
あと、部屋は清潔で、スタッフがとても親切でした。
朝の出発が急に早くなったとき、朝ご飯を弁当にしてくれました。あと、事前に予約していたタクシーが来なくて困っていたところ、スタッフのお兄さんがタシュケントまでのタクシーを手配してくれて、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！

Pros:

Самый огромный плюс отеля местоположение , прекрасный персонал. Контингент туристов 60+ и это нужно учитывать, завтраки это огромный минус , не было зелени, фрукты: бананы и апельсины. Халатов также нет.

景色だけ。サービスは期待以下
Pros:

観光地に近い。レギスタン広場やシャーヒズィンダ廟にも徒歩で行ける。目の前にモスクがあり、景色はいい。
部屋は綺麗で清潔感があった。

Cons:

朝食のクオリティが非常に残念でした。種類が少ないだけでなく、魅力的なメニューがありませんでした。床には前日のディナーの残りと思われるゴミが散乱しており、清掃が行き届いていませんでした。卓上の調味料も空のままでした。

また、滞在中に非常に気になる場面に遭遇しました。メールで予約していた高齢のご夫婦が、ホテル側のミス（オーバーブッキング）で部屋を用意してもらえず、大変困惑されていました。土曜日の夜ということもあり、代わりのホテル探しが難航している中、スタッフの対応は極めて不誠実に見えました。後ほどそのご夫婦に偶然お会いしたところ、このホテルに紹介された他のホテルの物置小屋のような（客室ではない）場所に泊まらざるを得なかったとのことです。
日本ではこのホテルからの景色が有名で、楽しみに訪れる方が多いだけに、非常に残念な対応だなと思いました。
他の口コミでここは景色だけという意見をいくつか見ましたが、納得です。

サマルカンドは街を歩くだけで素晴らしい景色に出会える場所です。無理にこのホテルにこだわらず、サービスの質の良い他のホテルを選んだ方が、旅の満足度は格段に高くなると思います。

憧れのホテルに泊まれて嬉しい
Pros:

部屋はサイトに掲載写真と同じような可愛らしい内装で大変良かった。部屋の中からの景色は中庭だったが、外のテラスのテーブルと椅子は誰でも利用できるので、部屋の窓の景色は特に重要視しなくても十分だった。朝食会場も最高の景色で、コーヒーメーカーもデロンギ社だったので美味しいコーヒーを朝食に飲めました。スタッフも優しかったです。
