Heerlijke bedden, vriendelijk personeel

Het ontbijt was een soort ontbijt lunch. Heel veel gevarieerd en bijna te overvloedig.
Kregen bij aankomst een upgrade van de kamer. Heel tof.
Bij verplaatsing van borrel tafelgast diner tafel hulp bij het verplaatsen van de wijn in koeler waarvoor ik geen hand vrij had.
Toen wij een tweede fles wijn wilde was die er niet. Wel een fles waar een glas uit was. Die wilde wij graag kopen. Dat ging niet. Konden wel per glas die wijn kopen. Dat begrepen wij niet. Waarom werd niet duidelijk. Dat had moeten worden uitgelegd.
Wij drinken wijn graag uit grote glazen. Daar deed de serveerster iemand van de familie moeilijk over. Het glas dat wij wilden paste niet bij de wijn die wij dronken. Kan best waar zijn maar er moeten wel goede redenen zijn om een klant een dergelijk eenvoudig te realiseren verzoek zo te weigeren. Als daar een goede reden voor zijn moet dat goed worden uitgelegd.

De temperatuur in de hotelkamer was te laag/koud
Locatie in een mooi dorp en in het groen.

Goed geslapen en goed gegeten (diner, ontbijt). Personeel heel attent.
Naar onze maatstaven staat de verwarming in de kamer aan de hoge kant. Voor de meeste bezoekende gasten zal dat juist goed zijn en wij waren er maar één nacht; we hebben er maar niet aan zitten draaien..
