Comfortable and Great Breakfast
Pros:

Room was great - good size and facilities clean - Breakfast was exceptional and great value for money. The location was ideal for our needs

If anything, the outside eating could have been a bit more sheltered, although very minor detail.

Happy people, lovely place- would definitely book again.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming. Our rooms were really lovely- spacious and light. Great location for the city and for Ayrshire. We didn’t use the spa or gym facilities but our family in Newton Mearns use them regularly and rate them highly.

Cons:

We were there during the extreme heat and did find the rooms very hot. We were offered fans on arrival but we had brought our own anyway. Breakfast was good, just a wee bit overpriced for us.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Place was really clean. Great bar/restaurant area where we had a lovely lunch and dinners. Facilities were fantastic.

Cons:

Could have had better selection of tea available in the room. Only some channels on TV working.
