Pros:

Clean, tidy and great staff

Cons:

A few locals were drinking outside the hotel under my room window which kept me up. Not really the hotels fault to be fair though

Pros:

Spa and pool. The size of the room. Wonderful bathroom. Spacious, shower and large bath. Food very nice.staff friendly and helpful. Definitely going again.

Cons:

A bit more storage space would have been nice.

A lovely, relaxing stay with fantastic spa treatments and great memories made.

The hotel was lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff. The spa treatments were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant stay as always
Pros:

We love this hotel been going for a couple of years now. Always friendly staff. Love the pool sauna steam room etc so relaxing. Rooms are a good size and always clean.

Pros:

The staff were all lovley
Breakfast was good
Room was very clean

Cons:

The door stop that stopped the room.door was not screwed into the floor
The shower screen was very ill fitting
Not enough milk left to make 4 brews
The bedding wasn't great ypu.need better quality quilts quilt covers and sheets they all felt worn and not of good quality
Dresser and tables were poor quality and electrical.good testing not up.tp date (see photos )
Furniture was not good quality stains marking and poor quality evidentq

Pros:

Staff were amazing very respectful and well mannered room was fantastic dinner was amazing reasonable prices staff in the bar were very helpful and well spoken, always making sure drinks were topped up and asking if everything was okay, Leisure staff were helpful facilities were good were busy but manageable staff were amazing.

Cons:

Nothing just leisure could be managed a little better.
