Pros:

The room was nice, food was good and service was good.

Cons:

The steam room was out of service.
The spa pool most of it did not work.
Woman's changing rooms was closed between 8 and 10.30 today
No lockers avaliable in woman's changing rooms when went to spa on Wednesday evening after we arrived
The main reason for out stay was the included spa, which was a bit of a let down due to points noted above, should have been informed of this and maybe a chance to change the evening we stayed as this was a gift for my partners birthday.

Excellent stay will definitely be back
Pros:

We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice, staff were very pleasant to deal with, although I was disappointed that the steam room was out of order, the pool was very nicely heated & I enjoyed the very spacious & very hot jacuzzi & sauna. We had booked breakfast which was really nice, lots of choice, amazing full scottish breakfast & the best hot chocolate I've tasted in a while. 😋

Cons:

The only tiny thing was the bedside lamps was you couldn't put one off without them both going off. You couldn't keep just your side on & put the other side off but that's the only thing

Comfy bed. Spacious room . Helpful staff

Cons:

The noise ! I have stayed here quite often for work . Never a Friday night. Very noisy. Kept me awake. Had to bang on neighbours door to request him be quiet ! Not impressed!

If we were ever to be in the area again we would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely room , well presented hotel, very good breakfast and in the main great staff. A special thank you to Frasier.

Cons:

The chap on the front desk on the Saturday night of our stay was really very rude. He needs to brush up on his customer service skills. 0/10

Pleasant but not for us.
Pros:

Food nice, comfortable room

Cons:

Very busy, had to go through restaurant after swimming, sitting having a nice dinner and people coming through with wet hair and towels. Very public, just not what we were expecting, we like quite and secluded as we have a busy life.

Lovely weekend. Hotel is lovely and having leisure centre a bonus. Staff were excellent and reception staff were so helpful. Food was delicious. This was our second visit and will definitely be back

Pros:

Love everything about this place! It's my go to when I need a wee break! The best spa and it's complementary for guests which you don't gey often now! The spa is my fav! The rooms are amazing,spacious and very clean! The restaurant is lovely also,we had a 3 course meal with drinks for a decent price.
Love love love it!!

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent continental breakfast.
Very comfortable bed. Spacious room.Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Well maintained hotel . Quality hotel. Would stay there again.

Cons:

No fridge. No bathmat nor toilet brush! Rather surprised!
Position of safe in wardrobe was difficult to access.

A lovely hotel, in a convenient location to family, with good facilities.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting family. We have stayed before and the hotel and facilities were just as good. The staff were super polite, helpful and friendly.
We only had one breakfast and that was very nice. My only observation was that the buffet table wasn't replenished very well.
Our room was large in size, the bathroom lovely and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

As mentioned before, the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished.
