Amazing room and location and great entertainment after dinner

Cons:

Amazing room at honeymoon suite however the price for one night and there was not a breakfast or dinner included in the price is abit poor. No mini fridge for it being a honeymoon suite, not very well explained as wasn’t aware until the morning of leaving we had leisure use which went to waste. Not aware it was a set food meal either so ate of a kids menu due to dietary requirements.

I booked the executive suite for my boyfriend’s birthday after staying in a standard room once before, the shower door and bathroom door were both broken. We also really enjoyed the food the last time we stayed, however this time, our mains were brung out when we hadn’t had our starters, my boyfriends steak honestly looked like it was out of a can, we then ordered desert I was supposed to get Nutella pancakes this came with strawberries and berries which wasn’t noted on the menu and I don’t eat this, why put something on the dish that isn’t listed on the menu? My boyfriend also found chicken amongst his onion rings, we complained and got our desserts for free but the stay wasn’t as good as the first time which was disappointing to say the least.

Very pleasant experience.
Pros:

I use Parklands as my "Pied a Terre" when I have something special in the area fro where I live one hour away by car. Very Pleasant!

Lovley staff nice place
Pros:

The room was massive . Decor was nice with tea and coffee facilities. There was an iron, hairdryer it could have benefited from a small fridge. Towels were good and basic toiletries. There was good local information about the facilities

Cons:

The only downside was the room next door which was adjourning with a door we could hear EVERYTHING which was of putting and it lacked privacy.
