It was good, other than the Sunday breakfast. Front desk staff was great!
Pros:

Close to downtown, clean, comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast staff on Sunday was rude. A lady noticed a mess and went over grabbed a napkin, sighed and groaned extremely loud and slammed it in the trash very loudly in front of guests. It was super unprofessional.

We were visiting family and had plenty of room to have them come and hang out. Every person on staff that I encountered
Pros:

Entire hotel was very clean, and I saw staff cleaning areas day and night

Cons:

Guests not familiar with Asheville will be very confused on how to get to the property due to its location and the road system around it. But we had no issues.

Pros:

Room was clean, easy to find, check in and asking front desk for help was great, all your staff was friendly and willing to go beyond the basics to help us.

Cons:

elevator always had a new smell, food, perfume and weed twice. some fresh air in there would be very welcome

Pros:

Beautiful property location was amazing adjacent to the highway! Cleanliness 10/10 housekeeping was awesome,the pool was very nice! Heated made the difference especially in this winter weather.

Priced too high for what it was. But did what we needed.
Pros:

The noise was minimal and the neighbors in the hotel were respectful

Cons:

The smell of our room was wet musty. The bed didn’t feel clean and was stiff and hard, even squeaky from being worn out. The breakfast was processed prepared and not very enjoyable.

Would recommend this hotel - had a very pleasant experience and a great stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff, extremely clean facility, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with updated finishes, hot breakfast with many food options, pet friendly, and good location

Cons:

Needed better lighting in the bedroom, especially at bedside; very limited handicapped parking at the front of the hotel
