Personal spricht hervorragend deutsch

Elegante y acogedor

Bien pero no espectacular
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona muy bonita y el área de la piscina exterior tiene muy buena pinta. El personal es amable y cercano. El desayuno es excelente, muy completo y variado; realmente de 10. También valoramos positivamente que el acceso de niños al spa esté limitado a una franja horaria concreta.

Cons:

El check-in fue muy rápido y poco informativo. No nos explicaron nada sobre el wifi, horarios y lugar del desayuno, ni sobre los servicios para familias, a pesar de viajar con niños. Nadie nos mencionó la existencia del kids club y, cuando quisimos ir, estaba cerrado, sin luz y prácticamente vacío; tuvieron que abrirlo expresamente para nosotros.

En la habitación no había albornoces (sí zapatillas), por lo que tuvimos que pedirlos para poder ir al spa. Además, no disponen de tallas infantiles.

La habitación estaba llena de hormigas por el suelo al llegar, lo cual asustó bastante a las niñas. Al haber recibido tan poca información en el check-in, ni siquiera sabíamos el número de recepción para avisar en ese momento. Al comentarlo al día siguiente, nos insinuaron que podía ser por comida de las niñas, cuando no habían comido allí y las hormigas ya estaban antes.

Por último, las vistas desde nuestra suite no ofrecían ninguna privacidad: al abrir las cortinas por la mañana, un huésped de la habitación de lado podía ver perfectamente el interior, lo que obligaba a mantenerlas siempre cerradas.

FANTASTICO DA RITORNARE

La struttura è ottima. C'eravamo già stati e ci siamo tornati appena possibile. Tutto è molto curato, dai servizi alla ristorazione.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è la posizione perché per trovare una bella spiaggia bisogna fare un quarto d'ora di camminata. Ma ne vale la pena

Ruhiges und modernes Hotel
Pros:

Das Morgenbuffet sowie die Einrichtung des Hotels hat uns beiden sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr ruhig rund um das Hotel und man kann sich sehr gut entspannen.

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt: Wir mussten Tagelang unsere Badetücher mehrmals benutzen, es war praktisch unmöglich diese beim Poolboy zu wechseln, da Pro Tag anscheinend nur eine gewisse Anzahl gewaschen wurde, dies führte zu viel Ärger bei den anderen Gästen.

Traumhafter Urlaub!
Pros:

Meine Frau und ich haben unsere Flitterwochen hier verbracht und es war unser bisher schönster Urlaub zu zweit. Noch nie hatten wir so ein freundliches Personal in einem Hotel gehabt - beim Empfang wurden uns am Auto direkt die Koffer entgegengenommen und einige Mitarbeiter konnten sogar sehr gutes Deutsch sprechen. Sektempfang in der Lobby, dann unser Zimmer in Empfang genommen und das war einfach traumhaft. Alles war vorhanden, genug Platz und extrem sauber - Es wurde auch 2x am Tag gereinigt. Im ganzen Hotel hat es zudem noch extrem gut gerochen und der ganze Flair war einfach himmlisch. Alle gut drauf und total entspannt. Beim Frühstück fehlen uns die Worte - noch nie so eine große Auswahl an frischen Produkten gesehen bzw genießen dürfen. Eier wurden in unterschiedlichsten Varianten für einen frisch zubereitet- bei mir war es das tägliche Omelett;) Nicht weit weg zum Strand, Poolbereich war völlig ausreichend und die Strandbar auch sehr aufmerksam. Alles wurde einem direkt an den Tisch gebracht und man konnte alles entspannt auf das Zimmer buchen lassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
