It was close to where I was working while in town.

Cons:

The air conditioner was very loud, the blinds didn't fully cover the window which let in light at night and the morning, the pillows were hard and not very comfortable, and I had to go down to the front desk because there was no soap to wash your hands or shampoo, conditioner, or body wash for showering.

The check-in staff was pleasant. I completed check-in online so that helped expedite the process. The hotel could use so

The location was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the concert we went to.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be stepped up a bit. There was a booger wiped across the side of end table from a previous stay and that didn’t exactly give a feeling of ‘clean’ overall. The beds were older but I slept fine. One of my pillow cases had a hole in it. When you sat on the toilet it sounded loose.
