Cons:

The first room they gave me seemed excellent at first glance, but the problem was the noise from the outside music I heard all night long. I spent two nights (out of the three I stayed there) in that room, and I would wake up around 3 a.m. and be unable to fall back asleep. They have two speakers playing music 24 hours a day, albeit at a low volume. The issue is that one of them is located outside, and I told them that was the source of the music I was hearing. It wasn’t very loud, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I try to avoid using the air conditioning—which would have made the room quieter—and I believe that’s why the problem arose this time, but no one believed me or do something (like turn off the music after midnight or leave only the lobby speaker playing . That was very frustrating. I asked for another room, and that one was fine—no noise.

Pros:

The room is big, I liked the furniture too. The building itself is beautifull. Quiet place.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, just a little less convenient is that the breakfast is avaible at 8AM and not before.

Hotel met een big smile!!!
Pros:

Ik heb een paar maal overnacht in hotel Palacio tijdens mijn vakantie en het is daar uitstekend bevallen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers ruim en goed. Loungeruimte is ook heel mooi en ruim. Ook het ontbijt is goed geregeld. Je ziet dat de mensen hier met plezier werken!

Cons:

Kan me niets bedenken wat me niet beviel.
