Terrible customer service, dirty hotel
Pros:

The only thing good about this hotel is the location

Cons:

We booked rooms with window and was given rooms without windows. Hotel did nothing to help with that but asked us to contact booking.com. Asked for extra pillow and was refused at first, stating what they gave shout be enough. Hotel is old and floor is dirty.
