Cost - value for money.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

The only redeeming factor is the location.

Cons:

Absolutely disgusting experience. The room was filthy, and when I asked to change rooms, staff had the audacity to demand even more money from me rather than take responsibility for providing a clean, habitable room in the first place.

The room I eventually paid extra for was barely any better. At least it didn’t have what appeared to be blood stains on the walls or rat droppings in the corner, which tells you everything you need to know about the standard of this place. There were still stains on the supposedly clean sheets, mould throughout the bathroom, dirt and dust caked into the corners, and bizarre marks all over the walls. Clearly, basic cleanliness is not a priority here.

The staff were just as appalling as the rooms. When I asked to change rooms, they were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. They claimed the property was fully booked, yet there were still plenty of rooms available to book on Booking.com. So either they were blatantly lying to avoid helping me, or they simply didn’t care.

Their solution? Tell me to find somewhere else to sleep or pay them extra for a different room. Imagine being presented with a room in such a disgusting state and then being expected to pay more money just to get something marginally less revolting.

The combination of appalling hygiene, misleading information and hostile customer service made this an absolutely miserable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to spend their money elsewhere. No guest should have to pay extra to escape a room with apparent blood stains and rat droppings, and no amount of cheap accommodation is worth dealing with this level of filth and incompetence.
