This hotel was nice to stay at. The facilities were comfortable. It was busy when I checked in. There were places to eat within walking distance, and to get to the main shopping area of the city I took a Grab car.
The room was on the small side and didn't have a chair, which meant I had to rest the electric kettle (which I was happy to have) on the bed to boil water because its cord was short and wouldn't reach the power outlet above the bench top. Apart from that, the room was great.

the plug charger close to the bed, the guy receptionist guy staff treat me so good, bed comfy, clean, good location, close to train station, mall. mybe around 40/1h to international airport.
the room kinda hot, mybe the location of AC wrong or just need to repair, if have Netflix or good Siri in tv will be more good.
I like this place ….. almost every year / time I travel to Surabaya …. I stayed !

For the price, I did note expect such great service. I had traveled for a business explo and stayed i the hotel for a full week. The price almost put me off but ended up booking with them anyways, however didn't expect anything good. To my surprise the service was good and the hotel stuff very friendly. The colors outside had somewhat put me off but by the time I left I was in love with the place. The food was also good. Room service was prompt and reception staff very helpful
Good value for money
Not the cleanest and the shower and toilet combination was a bit cramped and claustrophobic
A bit dirty sheet on bed. Very used matrace in bed. Old room at all … used a lot.
Staff were generally friendly and helpful where they could assist.
There was a sort of stale smoky smell throughout the property. I was unable to enjoy the provided breakfast as well, due to the lack of options and questionable freshness of the items provided. No hangers or any designated space to hang up my clothes in the room either.
Just a medium-end hotel standard. Only basic facilities provided. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel facilities. That’s why cheap
No breakfast and no proper & hygiene restaurants available near to the hotel.
Staff were lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable, a bit out of the centre but we were only staying one night before catching a flight
