Pros:

Nice place to stay. Location is not so much the problem as is the city itself. But this hotel makes up for it. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for getting through a night. Would stay here again.

Schrecklich!
Pros:

Das vielleicht einzig positive war, dass wir nicht auf der Straße schlafen mussten und die Nacht unbeschadet überstanden haben.

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren unfassbar schmutzig. Schon in der Eingangshalle gab es nicht ein einziges geputztes Fenster. Im Zimmer war es überall dreckig. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und so zerknittert, wie sie war, wurde sie offenbar nach dem letzten Gast auch nicht gewaschen. Gott sei Dank hatten wir unsere eigenen Schlafsäcke mit.
Am Frühstücksbuffet lief eine Kakerlake über das Buffet. Mahlzeit!
Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war völlig unfähig. Sie konnte unsere Booking-Buchung von 2 Zimmern offenbar nicht finden und gab uns dann nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett für drei. Erst nach Reklamation erhielten wir das zweite Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach kein Wort Englisch, was an sich nicht schlimm ist in einem Provinzhotel auf Borneo. Wir haben uns auch so irgendwie sehr mühsam verständigt. Am Ende des check-ins hat sich aber herausgestellt, dass ihre Kollegin, die während des ewig dauernden Check-ins daneben saß und etwas in dem Computer eintippte, fließend Englisch gesprochen hat.
Fazit: dieses Hotel nur buchen, wenn die Alternative auf der Straße schlafen heißt.

Cons:

Het eten is verschrikkelijk. Ze hebben het niet of het is vies en oud. Er zat zelfs schimmel op het brood. Een milkshake besteld dan krijg je een glas melk met ijsblokjes.Het stinkt ook behoorlijk naar sigaretten rook.

Ok for one night
Pros:

The hotel is pleasant enough, if not a little dated.
The room was comfortable enough.
The breakfast food itself was quite ok.

Cons:

A definite smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
Air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately.
All breakfast food was cold, as the staff had turned off all the warmers and opened all the buffet containers.
No offer to help us with our many bags on arrival.

Not really something springs to mind.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty.
Everything smelled of cigarette smoke.
Breakfast was not great.

Friendly, comfortable and clean place
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff (but unfortunately not English speaking)

Cons:

There is no restaurant and (only Asian) breakfast is served in the room. The breakfast is very tasty though and includes a fresh juice. The hotel is near several mosks and I stayed during a moslim holiday so the last call for pray ended 22.30 and the following morning at 4.00 the next call woke me up.
