ホテル自体は古いですが、リノベーションされているのか室内は新しく清潔で、何より部屋が大変広く快適でした。広すぎて持て余してしまうくらいです。海に面した大浴場も楽しめました。大浴場は別館にあり今回宿泊した本館とは離れていたので、移動が少し面倒です。2泊しましたが食事もすごく美味しく家族で楽しい温泉旅行になりました。
部屋良し、料理良し、スタッフの対応良し

機会があればまた利用したい。
玄関前の従業員、外国人と思ってしゃべる日本語に気を付けるように。正しい日本語を使いましょう。他の点は満足！
在聖誕假期去，十分有聖誕氣氛，員工十分有禮貌，溫泉有員工駐場清理是我多次去日本溫泉酒店都很少見到，溫泉內更有咖啡雪條提供，讚賞！有多款welcome drink雪糕，lobby有好多娛樂：棋子、雜誌漫畫（像一個小書店）小玩具，小朋友遊樂場得，設備齊全。露天地方亦有好多玩樂設施，更有小動物。
房間選了日洋海景房，好大，望著海景好漂亮！
晚餐十分豐富，更有螃蟹，唯一美中不足是早餐令人有點失望。但整體都十分好！
一人で宿泊するには割高ですかね・・・

Very classy hotel. May not look it from the exterior but room was very modern and classy. Lovely in room "onsrn" bath. Excellent dinner served in a private room for me and my family. Also had a commemorative photo taken for us during dinner.

gym room open hour is 13:00-22:00, is not very convenience , hopefully it can available in morning.
值得推薦的酒店。

酒店的温泉很赞 带功能的池子也多，海边有小广场有养兔子和羊。

10数年ぶりに訪れましたが、リノベーションされた部屋はきれいで快適でした。アジア（中国）からの観光客が多く、多少騒がしいですが、1泊程度なら問題なしです。
Great facilities. Family fun. Good food. Inexpensive . Buy the half board option. Large rooms. Nice onsen.
リクエストを二つ 書いておきましたが、なんの説明もなく、何も叶えてもらえませんでした。
叶えられないのは仕方ないとは思いますが、そのことについて何も言われなかったので、リクエストについて見もしなかった、把握もしていなかったなかな、と。
ホテルズドットコムで色々泊まりましたがここまで最低なのは初めてでした。
一泊無料を使いたくてその条件の中で探しましたが、、今となっては他のところで使えば良かったです。
一人3万円の価値はないなぁと。
少なくとも、一人旅の方はやめた方が良いです。
もうホテルズドットコムは使いません。
うっかり喫煙ルームを予約してしまいましたが、出来るだけ快適に過ごせるようにと親身にお世話してくださいました。
