Bad stay without internet connection and strange
Pros:

No internet connection and the price we paid is a lot for what we got! They placed a card with another name etc. Terrible check in took ages! The receptionist bombarded us with loyalty registeration etc. I said this is taking ages so please stop so he stopped after this!

Cons:

No internet connection!!! WiFi doesn’t work and excuse: Apple devices! The receptionist took my laptop worked on it for ages without saying anything! Very strange

Roomservice. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Rummet såg absolut INTE lika fint och fräscht ut i verkligheten. Handtaget till wc var sönder, hållaren till toalettpappret satt inte fast i väggen. Lampskärmarna var tex sönder. Dålig ventilation osv. Internet funkade inte heller så bra på rummet.
Kuddarna och täckena hade behövts rustas upp.

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Zimmergrösse im Dedeman Istanbul waren wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider hat der Service bei den kleinen, aber wichtigen Details enttäuscht. Es wurden weder Wasserflaschen in der Minibar nachgefüllt noch neue Gläser für Tee oder Kaffee bereitgestellt. Auch die Fusstücher wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht ersetzt. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Service wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.
