Taybeh Golden Hotel

I stayed 6 weeks at this gorgeous hotel. Overlooks the olive trees and is quiet. The Khoury family, who owns it, is extremely accommodating and helpful. They were always willing to help and checked in on me periodically. Hot water and WiFi available. If you are there with a tour group, dinner is also provided. Be sure to visit the micro brewery and winery while you are there! Maria and her nieces give great tours. There is a lot of interesting history in Taybeh. Highly recommend a visit!

We stayed at the golden hotel for 2 nights. We are a group of 26 Orthodox Christians on a holy land trip with mother Agapia from USA. Owner and local Maria was very knowledgeable and passionate about Taybeh and the rich culture here. The hotel has the only boutique winery in Palestine as well as a brewery which she gave us a tour of both. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast and dinner was authentic and homemade. The room was very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains and olive trees. The bed was comfortable and the pressurized shower head was a god send. It is luxury at its finest with a small hometown feel and great hospitality from its staff. If you get the opportunity to visit Israel please come to Taybeh and support this beautiful town and its people to keep small businesses like this alive! Glory to god!

The view from our room was spectacular. Everything I requested in the room was there. The rooms are a very good size, well equipped, bright, sunny and fresh. We also sampled dinner in the restarant a couple of times. The food was excellent - all freshly prepared and accompanied by their own wine. They make the wine onsite and we had the pleasure of meeting the winemaker himself. My husband and I were there on business and the hotel was a great place to retire to at the end of a long day. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay very pleasant.

I can highly recommend staying at the Taybeh Golden Hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and gracious! The dinner was so good! They have a lovely boutique winery that is worth the tour. They also support local farmers and artisans by having their products available
As well. By the way, the wine is wonderful!

The family that runs the hotel makes this place what it is. They care for each guest as if you are their most important customer. They make their own wine and beer. We did the wine tour given by one of the sons. Great place to stay.

Great welcome, warm falafel, cold arak, chilled atmosphere and the greatest room with a view. Thanks Buthina and to the Khoury bros although we have evidences they like to drink together to share their savoir faire in Arak, Beer, and wine. We shall be back!

This was my second visit to this hotel. The hospitality and service are truly world class, and the wine is amazing. This family owned and operated hotel, winery, brewery and olive oil production exemplify the resilient spirit of the Palestinian people. They have become like family to me.

Puzzled by all of the excellent reviews. OK for a night, but our large room was furnished very basically and poorly maintained. The bulbs in the spotlights over the bed needed replacing (one flashed, one didn't work), the shower head was clogged and the lavatory seat was loose. BBC News on the TV was a plus. Large canteen-like dining area. Food at breakfast and evening buffets was OK, but staff couldn't keep up with the rate it was being consumed by large tour groups and dishes kept running out. Owners/Managers(?) were very evident in the dining room and friendly/apologetic/eager to please... though this could become a bit irritating. Our room faced other buildings but there was a large roof terrace with great views.

We booked a room for 3 people and were given a king bed and a twin mattress for the floor. Everyone was super friendly, but wish we had a real bed for our third adult.

Taybeh Golden Hotel is located inTaybeh . It is an ultra modern Hotel ,It has got lovely staffs . Extremely welcoming and they would go to any extent inand every of their staff are God fearing people. This is a Christain village and very safe to walk in even at night. I hope to return to Taybeh Golden Hotel again .

Clean and bright hotel, owners very loud ,bullying and annoying, very poor food ,no vegetarian options available, hotel is very noisy. owners very careful with money and claiming to be carbon neutral..not . airconn everywhere

My husband and I got back from Palestine a little over two weeks ago--was unforgettable! We enjoyed four nights at the Taybeh Golden Hotel. It's a top-notch hotel and the perfect home base to explore Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Ramallah, Taybeh, etc. The Khoury family has created a friendly, welcoming, inviting atmosphere where people can start or further develop their love and knowledge of Palestine (as well as for beer and wine :). As importantly, the food is amazing. The zaatar and olive oil, the tabbouleh. The list goes on and on.

I can't wait to go back to Palestine and the Taybeh Golden Hotel--and though my husband isn't one to visit a place twice, this is now on his list.

If you are traveling to the region, you owe it to yourself to see Taybeh and to enjoy an authentic experience.

The Taybeh Golden Hotel is our #1 choice to stay in Palestine!!! The entire staff is devoted to hospitality and making our stay a comfortable and pleasant one!! The view from our room revealed a wide vista of olive groves and at night the sparkling lights all along the distant hills of Jordan could be seen as diamonds splashed across the horizon! Even though a dinner meal was not included with our room they made sure there was enough at the buffet for us. The dinner was excellent! The staff was attentive to our needs!

I loved staying at the Taybeh Golden Hotel! They made my stay feel as if I was at home halfway across the world. I stayed here for a pilgrimage to the Holy Land and the owners are very helpful in making your trip first class. The food is the best quality, service is top notch and the rooms are very clean with great amenities. Location wise you cannot beat it. It is in a small quiet town right in the middle of all the major sites. Staying here will allow you to not only see all the sites but make your stay more meaningful than a tourist trap. When I go back I will definitely bring my business back to this wonderful establishment.

I have stayed at the Taybeh Golden hotel many times with my clients on the Bike Palestine cycle tour. The hotel is first class. The staff are courteous and excellent English speakers. The hotel is run by the Khoury family who also brew the delightful Taybeh Golden beer. After a hard day on the road there is no better welcome awaiting.

I traveled for pilgrimage to the Holy Land with a group in spring 2019. Although I had been to the Holy Land before, my experience at Taybeh Golden offered hospitality I had yet to experience. The hotel staff is kind and welcoming, ready to address any questions you may have about your stay or the local attractions. I stayed in a large single room that offered a long desk with plenty of surface area and a wardrobe. I had a luxurious king size bed offering bedside light switches and(!) ideally place plugs for my collection of technology. My window faced east which allowed me to catch the rising sun. Breakfast included my choice, pita and fruit preserves along with eggs, vegetables, cereal and dinner provided even more options including several salads, soup, entrées and sides and dessert. At the end of long days of pilgrimage, it was lovely to be welcomed back 'home' with a warm meal, a hot shower and a comfortable bed.
