Fantastic location, our Malaga place to stay
Pros:

Loved returning to Be Mate apartments in Soho. Visited this time with our son so having a two bedroom apartment was lovely. The location is fantastic, so central to everything. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Until the next time 😊

Pros:

Me gustó lo céntrico que era y la habitacion. Contaba con aire acondicionado, necesario en malaga.

Cons:

El wifi no funcionó durante varios días. Aunque contase con lavadora y secadora tuvimos que ir a una lavandería ya que la secadora no funcionaba bien. La televisión se veía mal, continuamente la imagen desaparecía.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
grundsätzlich hat uns das Be Mate sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings wurden während unseres Urlaubsaufenthalts Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, was unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat.
Bereits ab 08:00 Uhr morgens begannen die Arbeiten, und es kam zu einer starken Geruchsbelästigung. Wir halten es für nicht in Ordnung, dass Gäste während solcher Maßnahmen untergebracht werden, ohne vorher entsprechend informiert zu werden.
Darüber hinaus gab es während der Renovierungsarbeiten weder WLAN noch Fernsehempfang. Besonders ärgerlich war dies, da gerade die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft lief.
Wir hätten erwartet, dass man uns für diesen Zeitraum alternativ ein anderes Apartment zur Verfügung stellt.
Daher bitten wir Sie, uns im Rahmen einer kulanten Lösung entgegenzukommen, beispielsweise in Form einer teilweisen Rückerstattung oder eines Gutscheins für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt.
Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Rückmeldung und danken Ihnen im Voraus für die Prüfung unseres Anliegens.
