This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. There a quite a few good restaurants, close to some great parks and metro is a short walk. The room was neat and clean, the shower had good pressure and hot water wasn’t a problem. They do not offer free coffee or tea or even a complementary water which I would of liked. They are strict on their check in policy no early check ins. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Very clean and very approachable
The location was very walkable and close to metro and restaurants. This is not considered a 'tourist' area so you can experience local life; we never felt unsafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. It would be helpful to have a kettle with complimentary coffee/tea, hand towel and hair conditioner. Water pressure was excellent!
Great base for exploring Belleville area and wider Paris. Good metro links. We had ground floor family/disabled access room, with King bed and big sofa bed, and large wet room. Lots of space and even a little courtyard to ourselves just outside the room. Did not have many dealings with the hotel staff, but the ones we did have were fine. No facilities in the room for making hot drinks, but other than that the hotel was great.
Joli Hôtel très confortable et propre. Décoration très agréable, personnel sympathique Chambre confortable, malgré sa petite taille.
I had paid extra for an upgraded room, but what we received did not reflect this in any way. Upon receiving our key card, we were told to carry our luggage up two flights of spiral stairs, with no offer of help from staff. This was not only exhausting but also unsafe, and it took us nearly 20 minutes. The carpet on the stairs was dirty, worn, and smelled unpleasant.
The room itself was very small, dark, and had a strong old damp smell. It felt unclean and uninviting. The following issues were noted:
No mirror in the main room, and no nearby sockets to use hair styling tools. Along with no full length mirror in the hotel at all.
There were holes in the carpet in the room itself, adding to the sense of poor maintenance and neglect.
The only mirror available was in the bathroom, which steamed up quickly and took a long time to clear.
The toilet was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable for anyone taller than 5'6" to sit on it without their knees touching the wall.
No bathroom storage, so we had to live out of our suitcases.

I requested additional hangers at check-in and again later that day, only to be told eventually that none were available.
The “upgraded” room was no different from our friends’ standard room, except ours had twin beds instead of a double — no added value despite the extra charge.
Shower sprayed water in all directions due to the shower head not being cleaned.
The shower had a leak and caused flooding in the ba
I absolutely love this place and the neighborhood. I will would come back again next time I’m in Paris.
Nice enough. Pricey but expected in Paris
Staff were very helpful. Quite clean and close to 2 metros.
Only one thing could have improved our stay. Having coffee tea and kettle in room.
Peaceful surroundings, property had a nice vibe too and the staff were amazing. Would’ve been 5* but my gf’s pyjama pants went missing, may have been a mistake but apart from that it was amazing and beautiful 100% staying here again.
Pretty nice hotel

Very small room, with no kettle and no coffee or tea.
Great stay! Hotel in convenient location of 2 meteo lines. Very cool/hip area with lots of food options and bars with happy hours. Would recommend! Location is on a hill so wouldn't suggest its good for anyone with walking difficulties. Room was comfy and great shower!
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Very friendly staff in a nice area.
Nice boutique hotel. Close to metro. Lots of great restaurants especially Asian. Loved Petite Ravioli for dumplings ( recommended by hotel). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds.
Clean and offered so many restaurants closed by
Near 2 metro stations (a closer one uphill and another one downhill that is pretty close). A laundromat is across the street - super easy to use with machine times on their website. Great Vietnamese, Chinese, and Middle Eastern food nearby. Grocery store uphill and a couple smaller corner stores downhill. A mouse came in to our ground floor large room (it's Paris) and Eddy the manager immediately moved us upstairs and gave us free breakfast for the rest of our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious (cereal, yogurt, fruits, eggs, sausages, croissants, various coffees from a machine, different juices - great start to a day in Paris. Quiet neighbourhood away from the hoards of tourists all over the city. Belleville is culturally quaint and a relief from the big city at the end of the day.
While I agree that it was within their rights to do so, I found it pretty awful that they refused to give any credit or make any accommodations whatsoever when I had to cancel due to my hospitalization. This was the only reservation that did so. Pretty cold of them.
