EXCELENTE
Pros:

Gostei de tudo em que vivenciei , desde a chegada no hotel , em que fui recebido pelo valet; que foi muito solícito, educado, quanto na recepção na hora do check inn e check out onde da mesma forma fomos bem tratados por toda equipe presente,
Dentro do que eu me propus a fazer , a localização é excelente , pois fica em frente a FARMASI ARENA casa de Show e ou eventos, cerca de 100 ms em linha reta.

Apenas para pontuar ; penso que o valor do estacioanmento pode ter um preço mais justo do que o valor atual.

Fiz uma prévia solicitação para me hospedar no Venit mio e obtive a resposta positiva via e-mail da empresa que seria atendido. Chegando na recepção fui pessimamente atendido para atendente Michel que pouco caso fez e disse não posso fazer nada! Como assim não vale de nada o e mail que a empresa me enviou dando o ok? Desrespeitoso demais e como consumidor relato a minha indignação do trato junto ao cliente , tendo em vista que já fui outras vezes e retornei pelo profissionalismo. Minha imagem da empresa era positiva no acolhimento junto aos hóspedes, mas infelizmente não fui atendido como foi descrito e afirmado por e-mail e colaboradores assim
