Boa mas fui totalmente despeitado pelo rapaz do atendimento
Atendimento eu paguei duas águas a noite e noite dia quando trocou funcionário fui avisar que tinha tomado mas 4 água mineral veio arrogância falando que devia 6 pois rapaz da noite não tinha avisa pior constrangimento, além do interfone não funcionar para avisa pois minha esposa iria pega voo foi trágico me sentir muito ostilizado pelo atendente além de ter outro hóspede no e falando que não tinha pago haja visto que já tinha feito pagamento depois que ele errou veio outra conversa totalmente ofensivo pior tratamento já tive em hotel
Espaço
Colchão péssimo, velho com buraco , gostaria que o gerente dormisse no 408. Se conseguir com aquele colchão ê um guerreiro.
Boa localização, com diversas opções de restaurantes e bares que você pode ir à pé. Quarto muito confortável e espaçoso, recebi um upgrade de quarto sem custo. Boa ducha, com bastante pressão. A suite estava extremamente limpa.
Precisando apenas de algumas manutenções de lampadas queimadas, e a tv é um pouco antiga e não é smart, você fica limitado aos canais.
Não ter ferro de passar disponível e ter que recorrer a lavanderia do hotel para passar roupa. Um hotel desse porte poderia disponibilizar um ferro como segunda opção.
E também não gostei de chegar no banheiro do quarto, e ver o vaso sujo de urina na tampa onde sentamos, parece que não limparam o banheiro, ou usaram e não limparam.
