A relaxing and memorable stay with wonderful service and a great island atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located few steps away to the beach and restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere felt peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

The WiFi could be a little unstable at times, especially during the evening, but it did not affect our overall experience too much.

They “upgraded” us to their beachfront property down the road which was nice - upon arrival we paid & they ended up charging one card and pre authorizing another card, when then they also charged - so we’ve double paid & been over a week and haven’t got our money back. So pay on Expedia before if you can because they don’t seem to know how to work their machines.

Nice Hotel Within Steps of Beach
Pros:

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value.

Close to the beach
Pros:

Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there.
