Great ocean view, limited service.

They “upgraded” us to their beachfront property down the road which was nice - upon arrival we paid & they ended up charging one card and pre authorizing another card, when then they also charged - so we’ve double paid & been over a week and haven’t got our money back. So pay on Expedia before if you can because they don’t seem to know how to work their machines.

The ocean view was spectacular. Hotel Volcan is a nice place to stay with great beds.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and lovely service. The staff was kind, helpful whenever we needed them, and welcoming. A very peaceful island! We could hear the ocean waves from our room

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value.

Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there.

The hotel was cloae to everything. They do a good job of keeping everything very clean. It was a good deal and nice to have the pool to relax by.

Great place to stay and relax. Everything was close by and walkable. Clean room and great breakfast.

Hotel is located in the second row of the beach. There is party at the beach (Pink Iguana Bar) on Fridays and Saturdays. I heard guests with rooms facing the beach complaining about noise during weekend nights. My room was facing the back country. With my windows closed I did not hear anything during weekend nights.

The perfect place to stay. The location was great, the room was clean and tidy. The petiole was super friendly, helpful and he lot of good tips. The breakfast was also good
